BE YOUR OWN KIND OF BEAUTIFUL 0082 Vinyl wall lettering stickers quotes and saying...

First off, once on the wall... the decal looked great. It's not exactly like the picture though! There is no little bee on the end of the l in beautiful and the first B in Be has four dots and a dot in the top loop in the one I got. Those are small details, but may be enough to turn some buyers off. I would knock another star off for that but I actually prefer the way I got the decal as apposed to the way it looks in the product picture. Where was I? Oh that's right, the transfer paper. It doesn't come pre-attached to transfer paper like most decals do. This product comes attached to a sheet, then you take off the protective film, place the transfer paper on, rub it together, take off the backing, place the transfer paper against the wall in the position you've predetermined, rub and peel. It sounds easy... but the transfer paper was so sticky/tacky that it held to the letters better than the letters held to the wall! It worked but it took about 35 minutes of careful peeling, re-sticking, peeling then re-sticking. In summary, it is a nice decal that adds much flavor to my 13 year old daughter's room. Hopefully the quote teaches her to not succumb to what others feel is beauty. As far as the decal goes, it is nice once on the wall, but be warned it will take some determination and work to make sure the transfer paper doesn't tear it right off of the wall as you're laying it out.

K, first of all, this took forever to come in, but I was glad when it finally got here. I went and immediately opened pkg., found no instructions, but it's kinda self explanatory. I peeled decal sheet off back paper and applied it to my wall, straight as possible and used a credit card and my hand to smooth it out best I could. Then slowly started pulling clear sheet away from wall, hoping the lettering would all stick. Then, it happened...some parts were not sticking to the wall and others were trying to tear, some did tear, but I managed to fix it back the best I could. I started seeing the paint peeling off my wall...oh man. I'm renting my apt. right now, so I try not to damage the walls too much. ;-p. LUCKILY, about 80% of it did okay, the rest I had to fight with to keep from tearing, wrinkling or peeling too much paint off the wall. This stuff is very tricky to apply, so you have to be extremely careful and PATIENT when applying. I can't imagine what the wall will look like when I move next year and this decal gets removed. yikes, lol. Or I guess it'll be okay, since they usually have to touch-up the paint anyways before new tenants move in.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this purchase, but the price was worth experimenting with the product. It arrived well packaged and was true to the picture depicted.I found that the lettering was a bit tedious to get off of the backing and onto the wall, but it was certainly do-able with a little patience. And given I don't typically have much patience, it really wasn't bad at all. I used a hair dryer to warm up the vinyl a bit. I was impressed with the vinyl. It's not as chintzy as I feared it might be and was easy to work with.I am extremely pleased with the end result on my wall and would definitely consider these products in the future!! Inexpensive and really nice wall decor.

Great product got it before I was told I would, I have ordered this 2 different times both for my daughters the only thing is that the writing of "be your own kind of" was in different writting than the 1st time I bought both looked good but should have been the same but in the end glad so they are different from each others but yes very happy with this. And such a great price. Would buy again or tell a friend to. Please know great wall deal and I've bought many wall decals!

It's a nice phrase and beautifully written. However, I felt that the product wasn't completed. It came with a sticky transfer backing that you put over the words to transfer them onto your surface. Then you remove the sticky transfer film. Sounds easy, right? It was a pain. The letters kept lifting up with the transfer backing. It was a slow process but the end result was nice. Shipped directly from China, rolled up into a tube.

This was absolutely perfect, I applied it to a large mirror for my daughter for a Christmas gift and she just loved it!Application had no problems what-so-ever. Actually watched a couple of application videos for vinyl lettering on YouTube first. Picked up a red Betty Crocker scrapper at the local dollar store to help with the application, but you can surely use a credit card. Used a pin to prick a few small air bubbles then smoothed them out with my fingertip.Overall very easy to apply just follow instructions and watch a video for ideas with applying.

I had bought a similar item from a store and this item came folded in a small envelope, so at first I thought it would not stick correctly. I was incorrect. It looks beautiful on the wall and there were no issues because it had been folded. It was shipped shortly after I ordered the item and I received it in just a short numbers of days. I put it in the bathroom and was worried the moister would make it come off but it hasn't. I love this item and it looks great on the wall.

I LOVE THIS!!! It is a good size and looked gorgeous in my daughter's room Unfortunately, we moved to another state and I couldn't get it off the wall, although I was able to adjust it when I first put it on the wall for her. I'll be purchasing another one.
