Needed this to replace an old one in the well house. Worked well. Expensive though.

This didn’t work for me, but I returned it without issue and received a refund within an hour after UPS picked it up. Good customer service on the part of whomever is responsible for their return processing.

I have received back to back duds....I'm done. Ordered one...it didn't work out of the box, plugged in, red fault light blinked with audible alarm. Returned and received another with same issue. Now I will be returning a second time. 2 strikes your out...keep searching and spend a few bucks more...

I have previously used THREE name brand ballast over a two year period in this professional aquatic system. Costing $120ish each, they all die after about 6 months. Monthly inspections were implemented to catch the failures. The Ronaqua is an inexpensive, functional alternative that costs 25% of the name brand ballast. It has a red\green light to indicate failure and installs in seconds. I will buy again and recommend.

Works great but for what it is I believe it is a little pricey. But what are you going to do if you need the product.

I received the replacement ballast very quickly, and it was exactly the same brand as my original ballast. I installed it, and it is working perfectly.
