Quictent 16' X 32' /5M X 10M Heavy Duty Carport Party Wedding Tent Canopy Gazebo Car Shelter with Carry Bags

We used the tent for a few events and love the amount of room under the tent. After the most recent, we did not take the tent down and had strong winds overnight. We had several poles and joints bend. I ordered replacement parts and some extras through the site and got an immediate email in return. The price of the parts was very reasonable. It took a few weeks to receive them and a few were on backorder, but we now have all of them. Looking forward to the next event. Thanks for all the great help Caroline!

I don’t typically write reviews bc I order from Amazon so often writing reviews would be a part time job, however, the quality of this tent and the friendliness and responsiveness of this company warrant a review. This tent is top notch quality. We had many compliments on it and even the party rental company whom we rented our tables and chairs from were very impressed with the quality. They even asked where we bought the tent/who the company was/and the cost. They rent out tents too but said this one was much nicer and easier to set up than their tents. With regard to the company, I had a significant concern when only one box arrived and only one tracking number was listed on my Amazon order as I knew there were supposed to be 4. FedX and Amazon were unable to assist but I contacted the company and they responded within hours. They also followed up a couple of other times to be sure I received everything and was happy with it. They were very pleasant, caring, and helpful. Excellent customer service. I spent weeks researching and deciding on a tent given the cost of these large tents and I have no regrets. I’m VERY pleased with my decision to purchase this tent.

It fell apart in one rainstorm. The customer service tried to bargain with me because they didn’t want to replace or pay for the sub quality item. Do not buy it if you expect to use it more than once.

Tent came damaged to two poles and Elaine from customer service help fast. Was a couple day later then I was able to actually put it up and come to find out one of the doors Velcro strap was ripped. Again contacted Elaine from customer service and she worked fast and sent out a new door part. Other then that it’s a great tent and I use it as a paint booth. Had it up about a month now and held up in 30 mph wind gust and light rain so far. I do recommend anchoring the legs down with good anchors and anchoring down the 4 corners at top and two in the middle of each side. Will buy again soon but a 20x20 next.

We purchased this large party tent for a special family gathering. Part of the fun was everyone working together to assemble it. Instructions were easy to follow. It took a bit of time for the tent material to fully stretch over the frame, but in the end the tent looked beautiful. It was exactly what we needed for a gathering of 25-30 people. The weather was cool with a little rain, but we could quickly roll down sides of the tent to keep everyone warm and dry. We are very happy with our purchase. Looking forward to the next big event so we can use the tent again.

This event tent was great. Had a huge party this past weekend and we got hit by a storm mid afternoon. It held up with the winds and rain and was actually fully waterproof. Would buy again. Make sure to set it up properly though. If not, you’ll have issues.

I purchased this tent in 2020 and have used it on many occasions. This tent is sturdy and its very versatile. I love this tent and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Recently I had an issue with one of the poles and carrier cases and Kelly the customer service representative could not have been any nicer. She was super responsive and just a pleasure to deal with. Quictent stood behind their product and shipped out replacement parts at no cost . I would definitely purchase from this company again.
