Misono Molybdenum Steel Petty Knife No. 533/15cm

very excited when i received my perfectly crafted kitchen knife. i immediately started slicing & dicing soon after i unpacked this item. just so we're clear, altho this is properly described as a "knife" it really is more like a blade bc the edge is so finely sharpened, i challenge any male chef to try and use this as a razor. it is the best knife in my drawer right now. thank you, misono!!

Out of the box sharp. It is the perfect knife for small spaces and I was able to do majority of my cuts with it.

I use this knife for paper thin detail work with vegetables. It's an amazing slicer, durable, and lightweight. It's one of the most fun to use knives on the market. I really like that the blade is sharpened only on one side. Be sure to pick a right - handed or left - handed knife, the difference does matter.

Love it, watch your fingers. Wish they offered a sleeve or sheath for storage.

Good knife, but more difficult to sharpen since it is only sharpened about 10% on one side.

Absolute mirror polished edge on my new misono.I have a 240mm gyuto in the Swedish carbon steel blade which came razor sharp as well.Great product and a great value. The petty knives are thin, so they glide through foods.
