The item was delivered on the date specified and all the parts were there! Came in a tidy box with all parts wrapped.It is a nice sturdy holder compatible with the well known RAM X-Grip system (it's identical), and is made mainly from metal. The bare metal pieces appear to be stainless steel - which was unexpected, and the rest has a good coat of black paint, so seems durable too. It functions smoothly and can be locked solid, so performance should be good.It holds the phone securely via the prongs, but also comes with a silicone band for a secondary means of holding the phone. My only criticism is with this band - as it seems a little small and really needs to stretch to fit a modern smartphone (70x145mm) and so looks like it might eventually snap. I'll see how I get on.Overall, a nice product at a competitive price, so I am happy.

Easy to install, holds the phone very nice and tight, even without the rubber strings. Only the sturdiness could be a bit better. Mine always rotates 15% degrees back and forth around the phones base. But for the money it does a good job!I use it on a Honda CB650R motorbike, lots of wind drag (90mph with strong wind) and potholes and the phone didn't become loose at all.

Very sturdy and well finished. Works perfectly, holding the phone very firmly without the use of the additional fastening. Thing to watch for is that the volume buttons etc on the phone can restrict its positioning within the device.

A very similar design to a well known brand, but half the price. Came with the connector to attach to a bolt directly behind the display on my bike, so could position phone above (did need to remove the display to get to the bolt). Felt very secure and no issues after a 60 min ride. Did need to re-tighten the butterfly clamp on the extension arm after, but it wasn't too loose. With a Samsung S10 you also have to position the arms correctly so as not to press the volume or bixby button. Overall very happy.

The U shaped handlebar bracket wasn't included when I bought this product. It didn't bother me too much as I planned to mount it using the rear view mirror mounting bracket which was included but as both are pictured it would have been nice to have received both just in case I changed my mind. The phone mount itself feels strong and sturdy. It grips the phone well and although the ball joints make it easy to adjust the angle it was held tight enough so the phone didn't move while riding even over speed bumps and riding on dual carriageways at 70mph. So good phone holder but if you plan to mount it to your handlebars you may want to contact the seller beforehand to make sure the handlebar bracket is included or buy it separately.

well, so far so good. It was delivered in a timely manner. As you can see from the pictures all the parts were in the box, nothing missing. however i was never going to use the supplied moounting brackets. I ordered a ram ball that would fit in an existing hole on my handle bar. I fitted it to my bike and it seems sturdy enough. with the extra security of the elastic i am sure it will be fine. after i have ridden my bike a few times i may review my stars and increase if i am happy.
