Bad quality and terribly packaged.
We've received our daughter's rug for her bedroom today and we're not happy at all with it. Very poor quality. You can literally feel the base when touching the pile of the rug. So much so it feels bald and thin. It was packaged rediculously rolled up and then folded in half and taped in that position. Also it literally looks nothing like the picture on Amazon. The rug that lady is laying on is thick and looks fantastic. Nothing of which this rug really looks like. Very disappointed with this false advertisement.

Not the best quality. Which wasn’t the main issue as it was on the cheap side.The issue I’m having after returning the rug due to it being the wrong colour is with the seller. Not replying to two sent messages and the item was returned weeks ago…. Avoid
