I bought one for my wife and my mother-in-law and both of them were amazed at the thoughtfulness of the gift and the quality of the picture. My 8 year old daughter wrapped both gifts and as she was wrapping them she kept explaining, “How did they do that!” The picture was exceptionally clear and nice and glossy. The tin it came in was a really nice touch. I picked pictures with lots of character in the background to make it a good puzzle.

This company is great to work with! I would definitely use them again. The only criticism is I wish the puzzle pieces were thicker.

This puzzle turned out perfect. It arrived bagged and inside a nice tin with the picture printed on the lid. The picture is crisp and clear and this puzzle arrived surprisingly fast. I will definitely be ordering more custom puzzles.

This has to have been best purchase experience on Amazon ever. Was using photo of friends' fishing cabin to give puzzle as a gift to them for the cabin. Submitted photo, vendor notified me right away that the clarity was not sharp enough for a quality print, I probably would not be pleased with it. I was not surprised, but grateful he notified me first instead of just processing and ship. He patiently worked with me thru several other photo options, continuously on the ball and expedient with communication. Only issue was Amazon itself with its automated system setting off alarms about pkg not being processed timely, giving the vendor grief (and annoying me). This is not a mass produced item on a shelf. It is a customized product and the vendor makes sure it is quality. I so appreciate that (amid the sea of mass-produced cheap junk I've bought that doesn't work a month later...need I digress). I received in very timely order a quality puzzle; the storage tin sets really sets it apart from the rest. As for cabin friend's reaction when I gave it to their family: Stunned and nearly brought to tears, "This is nicest gift I think I have ever received." Definitely hit it out of the park with this one!

The description of the puzzle focussed more on the box than the quality and makeup of the puzzle itself. The entire product is beautifully done, except the thickness of the puzzle is disappointing. The box to beautiful, the picture is crisp and clear, but the pieces are printed on what appears as greeting card stock.I order three sets and gave them as gifts, I am now reordering from another company. I should have smelled a rat when they didn't describe the thickness in the product description. Buyer beware!

I got this as a Christmas present for my mom, and she was so happy at first. The tin and picture quality are very nice. Then she called me today and said all the puzzle pieces are the same shape and size, making for a difficult put together. Puzzles are her hobbie so I figure she knows what she is talking about. Quite disappointed

1000 piece: Picture quality is awesome! Lost a little from the bottom, bo biggie on this one! The material is a little questionable.. not what you would expect but durable.Biggest flaw: more than one piece fits in the same spot.. all the cuts are identical! Same shape pieces..

The pieces are small but it's still a great puzzle! The picture quality is great and I love how easily customizing it was. Great gift idea. I have purchased two of these now and I have no complaints.
