Dr. Christopher's Original Formulas - Herbal Iron Formula 450 Mg. - 100 Vegetarian Capsules

I've been using this product for 1 year and I shared my pills with my fiance. Within 2 days, he was less fatigued and had more energy.

I've used this product for several years. It positive has never constipated me or anyone I've recommended it to; and I recommend it to everyone who says Iron constipated them.

My mother's iron was low so I ordered this product hoping to avoid the nasty iron that doctors often prescribe. After two weeks they did another blood draw and she had been on this iron to 10 days and her iron levels were up! The doctor told me to keep using them and added vitamin C to her dose as well. I love this iron as it a plant based and not hard on your liver like some iron supplements are.She also does not get nauseous or constipated from it.

I was extremely low on iron and the doctors wanted me to take a prescription iron which I did. It hurts my stomach makes me nauseous, etc. Dr Christopher Herbal Iron is all natural and less harsh on my stomach. My sister was having the same problem - same results. Our Iron levels are up and we are feeling better. I have now started taking some of his other products - with great results.

This herbal iron is the ONLY iron formula I will ever use! I have tried soooo many different types of iron tablets but this one is the best for me. All the others (even some of the herbal ones) causes nausea and bad constipation. I find that dr. christophers is the most gentle of all brands in my opinion and I feel confident knowing that the ingredients are natural and safe! The cost is not bad at all as well! As long as dr. christopher doesn't change their formula, this will be the only iron supplement I will take!

Have found this very useful in some patients when regular iron did not work, possibly because the many other minerals that plants contain and anaemia [even iron deficiency] may not always react on iron if some other compounds are lacking

I love that these aren't filled with all the artificial crap that the OTC iron supplements are. They're easy to take, no unpleasant aftertaste or nasty burps. Hopefully they work in getting my low iron back up like my midwife wants!
