Jewelkeeper Mermaid Secret Diary, with Heart Shaped Lock and Key

What can I say? I let my 6 year old play with my phone on a Saturday while I was getting my hair done at the salon and she discovered the buy it now feature! Amazon’s ease of use is second to none! When the package arrived the following Monday she exclaimed “my pacakage arrived”! What fast shipping! As far as the product goes, She loves this diary. The lock is sturdy and the quality is on par! The price is a bit steep, but according to her, it’s well worth it and she will cherish it forever! For me, this surprise purchase was a teachable moment for both her and me! Thanks Amazon for enriching my life. Lol

The media could not be loaded.  Was looking on amazon with my 7 yr old niece to buy her a diary as a present. She singled this one out. She absolutely loved the unicorn design. We received in super quick in 2 days and when she got it she was the most excited and happy little girl on the planet. Would highly recommend this diary. Can’t go wrong.

It’s beautiful and comes with lock and key. Sturdy and very nice colors, just like the picture. Shipping was really fast, considering that this industry has suffered many delays. My little girl loved it and it has encouraged her to write more. Thank you!

Very sturdy little diary. The paper on the inside is adorable and my 6 year old daughter loves being able to lock her secrets in this cute lockable diary. The heart lock is a nice touch. The picture on the outside is well done. Great value! Not too big and not too small, just perfect for hiding under her pillow and carrying in her backpack or purse. The little keys fit around a necklace chain so she won’t lose them.

I was planning to give this diary as a Christmas gift. It was delivered very promptly, which is awesome--but the shrink wrap around the diary was ripped open around the side where the lock is, and the keys to the lock were not included. I am guessing they must have fallen out somewhere along the line? Since the lock is in a locked position I am not sure how It can be opened without damaging it, and therefore this product isn't usable in it's brand new and current state.

I bought the unicorn journal and was expecting the lock to be a silver heart with a red gemstone in the middle like all of the photos show. In reality, the lock is plain silver with no gemstone and it is pretty tricky for little hands to get that lock on the diary clasp. The journal itself is cute and seems decent quality, but I feel deceived about the lock.

My 5 year old niece wanted a book that locked, and she loves mermaids... so this was a hit. (I actually found a mermaid pen to go with it). She tends to take really good care of her items, but it seems to be holding up well to the scribbles and randomness of a 5 year old. The only real issue are the keys to the lock, I'm afraid they will bend and just bread in two, so we tend to help her with those (and that is pretty typical with these things). But I have to say, making my niece happy, makes me happy (best auntie ever!)

I bought this for a little girl's birthday party. She loves unicorns and I knew that this was perfect for her. The graphics are adorable and girly with lovely pastel colors. The lock is nice and sturdy plus it is handy that it comes with an extra key.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter as part of her home schooling, it arrived next day as stated & my daughter was delighted with it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This diary will fall apart within the first week. I unfortunately brought two and both diaries fell apart within a couple of day of each other!
