I always love trying new things and exercises are no exception. So, despite yoga being more my speed, I decided to take up CrossFit. The class requires you to bring a speed jump rope for the first class, so this set caught my eye. I'm a total newbie to CrossFit so I needed a speed jump rope that worked optimally enough to where I'd at least feel sorta confident my first day in CrossFit, ya know.When I received this set, it came packaged in a nylon drawstring bag and included all the pieces. I liked the addition of the grip tape. Being a yogii fanatic, I didn't actually know what the grip tape could be used for, but I sure did find out once I needed it during the CrossFit class. Unfortunately, this jump rope wasnt my first buy into my CrossFit journey. I actually went through four different brands of jump ropes before I found this one! It has been the most frustrating experience!The very first jump rope I had couldn't hold up to regular use and the chord dislocated from it's handles! And the rope kept getting tangled at the bottom and wouldn't uncurl from its packaged state. It was literally worse than an old telephone chord! I don't think the handle didn't allow the rope to properly spin and it held it's beat-up shape of whenever I put it in my gym bag or something....but who cares...cause it only lasted for 2 classes anyway.The second jump rope I bought, one of the cheap plastic handles were broken. It literally split in half while trying to jump rope. Once I taped it together, it didn't spin right. And it was extremely light weight and I had to use my OWN hex wrench to adjust it. It seems like this one would have been good for kids, but not someone that's serious about their workouts or training.The third jump rope, the ball bearings started to accumulate like a sort of "dust rust" at the point which the plastic meets the handle. Given the way the rope was actually attached to the handles, continuous spins actually caused significant wear and tear, very quickly. While I was in class and I was jumping, one of the sides of the rope snapped and almost hit someone!The fourth jump rope doesn't even deserve to be mentioned because it literally was more trouble than it was worth! Lasted one freaking day. Finding a jump rope that could actually last a couple years (you know, like how they used to make them back in the day) has been extremely frustrating and very expensive! I've tried more heavily advertised, more popular brand names, and they've all been short lived.This set actually feels like it is made of high quality materials. The handles are light and durable and sturdy, and the rope seems reinforced with rubber or something for extra stability. There is a good bit of weight to this rope also, which is perfect for my double unders and CrossFit. So anyone that boxes, or do MMA / WOD, or simply like to speed jump rope for exercise, this would be a perfect speed jump rope for ya. It even includes grip tape and a drawstring bag to take your jump rope with you on the go.This jump rope doesn't have that cheap foamy coating on it that crinkles and peels off. My CrossFit class right across the hall from my yoga class, so I'd always hear the folks in there say little comments about the jump rope crinkling and peeling and I never knew what they were referring to, until I had to go on the prowl for my very own speed jump rope.I get compliments frequently about the durability of this thing. This jump rope is long, which is great for average size people, but it also makes it easy to adjust to your optimised length. I like how the ball bearing system is set up too. Not only does it make adjusting seamlessly easy, it makes the actual act of jumping rope very comfortable. After months of trying to find a jump rope that can actually make it through my Cross Fit classes, I was finally able to find it in this one. And after all the frustration of wasting money on other jump ropes, I had to do a review on this. This speed jump rope is perfect for anyone that is serious about their workouts. Highly recommend!

I started crossfit and boxing in Feb ‘17. My old rope was one of those plastic / vinyl types which has it’s limits and tends to winds and twist over time. This speed cable jump rope is super light weight. It feels very sturdy, I noticed the difference right away. I can do my double and even triples better than ever, I guess it you can say it was the rope : )I’m happy with the quality of the rope, the carry bag is a nice feature. I’ve been using it almost daily and it’s holding up really well. Delivery was on time.

I have been following Fledge's YouTube videos for months about intermittent fasting and decided to support his hustle with this product. It's the best jump rope I have ever used...period. The rope has a bit of weight to it helping it keep its momentum, the aluminum handles feel powerful and best of all is the adjusting screws you can simple turn with your hands. When my wife takes the rope to the gym she can easily adjust it to her height on the fly. I owned a pair of Bear Komplex speed ropes but the entire thing was light and plastic. The rope didn't retain its shape as well and the plastic handles felt like nothing.This fledge rope is truly magnificent and they only thing I would ask is to get it made in more colors so I can have a reason to buy more!

great rope!! doesn't kink which is always my concern. I left my speed rope that I loved that was very expensive at the gym and someone took it. I didn't feel like buying another one at that price and gave this brand a shot cause it is so inexpensive and the reviews where good. well I got one for me and my girlfriend and they are easy to adjust, don't kink and are a great quality feel that will last. very happy ..

It's the perfect size lightweight and very easy to control. The high quality hardware are very easy to adjust and stay put.The cable is just soft enough to allow some variations of hand position. This rope is both durable and extremely smooth in its rotation. The weight of the cable is perfect; it weighs enough to give you the inertia you need to spin the rope without over-emphasizing the movement of your arms, but it isn't too heavy. It also includes a nice travel bag for easy packing and transport is a huge plus. Now i just need to become good at Jump roping for exercise. Great price! Definitely recommend this jump rope!

I love it!!!And even though I am not the best at jumping rope LOL, I find this one so much easier to use than any I've ever had in the past.

I have bought a few speed ropes before, but nothing compares to this! The handles are comfortable and the quality is so much better than the old ones I had! It has definitely improved my jump roping! Will be using this a lot! Thanks for making a great rope!!!

These Speed Jump Ropes are absolutely amazing. You can easily control the knobs to adjust the length with ease. It is also super light weight and durable. The package is very classy as well. It comes with a little carrying pouch which is made of good quality which is where I store mine when I'm not using it. This is an absolute steal.
