Well made and pretty
Well made. Does the job. Easy to use. And pretty.

Not very sturdy
I was disappointed in this product. I was looking forward to having a "girlie" box cutter. It is pretty, however, it isn't very sturdy. The blade slides back into the handle when using it to cut cardboard.

Looks nice, but not very reliable
I bought this for work. As a grocery dept manager, I’m in charge of working six weekly deliveries, maybe 100-150 cases a week. This box cutter was purchased 9/16; it failed to work several times since day one, causing me to have to disassemble and reassemble it each time. Today, it failed and was not recoverable. It’s in the trash. As pretty as it is, I really need something that will last longer than a month or so.

this is my second one of these. the first one lasted almost 5 years. so pretty and handy for opening all my scores of amazon boxes! : )

I use this for crafting. So far it performs as expected. I have yet to change the blade yet.

These look great, but unfortunately break easily if used frequently
These look great, but unfortunately break easily if used frequently. We ordered several for our shop and in less than a month one was broken and unfixable. A second is showing signs of failing. Too bad. It's nice to have a good looking tool that can be left out in the open.
