Save your money! This device is useless. First of all, it barely heats up. I set the temperature to the higher of the two settings, and towards the very end of the 12-minute cycle, it starts to get slightly warm, but not warm enough to make steam for sure. The water that you put on this little "water board" device that fits in the mask will run down your face rather than stay on the water board - and the water runs out cold. Plus, this thing gave me a headache from the "massage action" which was just like thumping around your eyes and forehead - not a pleasant sensation at all. The best thing I can say about this purchase, was the good, roll-on-the-floor type laughter I experienced while reading the user manual. The broken English, and absolute absurdity of the instructions in the user manual caught me laughing harder than I have in a long time. Unfortunately that was an expensive laugh and I am ashamed to say that I purchased this product. It is going straight to Goodwill, where maybe they will get a good laugh from it as well.
