Second watch of this kind. Does not connect to a network even after binding is complete. The app is terrible, and this is made for kids 5 years or younger. Bought for my 12 year old and it has "A B C" down the wristband. The graphics are of cats and bears. very childish and again did not work for the second time purchasing!

Awful. The app was awful too many ads too much going on for something that's supposed to be simple.

Won’t buy again. Too difficult to set up.If you’re tech savvy, you might be able to do something with it.The design of this one is appropriate for kids under age 8.

This phone is so hard to use. The app never worked, the phone rang sometimes and some not, there is no one to answer questions and it is not water proof as my daughter wet it and it immoderately broke. I’m so dissapoited as it did not even lasted more than 3 months.

I bought this watch and two different recommended SIMM cards. Could not get it to work and there is no tech support available on the watch. Verified with the carriers that the SIMM cards were activated.

Seriously the worst purchase I have ever made. Phone never connected to the app, “device is offline” even after SIM card was verified as activated.

Could not get the watch to load. Was able to get the watch to call out and except calls but could not hear anything.
