Bought two for my partner and I to use on a trip where Type C electrical outlets are used (not to be confused with USB Type C). Worked like a charm as the adapter does have the USB A & C ports to charge. The wall outlets did accept the two vertical prongs mainly used in the U.S., although, I didn’t want to trust the volt conversion directly with my devices plug, so I made sure to use the adapter precautiously. It charged our devices per usual, and became clutch while waiting in one of the airports in the French territories (two-point round end prongs). Plugged right in and charged everyone’s devices in our group as we swapped out. Traveling challenge averted thanks to this adapter.

worked fine in Europe

I just completed an 11-week, 11-country trip around the world. Having a mutli-outlet power adapter was critical and this item definitely came in handy. I used it to convert 220V to 110V (U.S. style plugs). For most purposes in most countries it worked fine, though it's essential to have some two-prong extenders (which I did) to use it with recessed outlets. There is one major failing of the device, though. Most countries (at least the ones I visited in Africa and Asia) that use the big British-style grounded three-prong plugs will not accept the plastic prong for the ground connection. They spit the adapter out and made it impossible to use. That third prong needs to be an actual ground prong. The only way around this was first borrowing, and then buying, converter plugs specifically designed for such grounded three-prong outlets. Those worked fine. For use with European-style two-prong outlets this device worked fine, with the caveat of using it with the extenders when needed for recessed outlets.

I took to Europe and use for two weeks straight with no problems very easy to use. It is a little large and bulky, but I tend to like that, because I lose things very easily.

This is my second one (bough my first one over 10 years ago or more in a store). It's always in my suitcase, as I travel weekly on business. Super handy. Covers all plugs all over the world and a size is perfect. I thought I had lost the first one, hence bought the second. Happy to have two 👍🏻

The European adaptor broke the first night we were abroad rendering it useless. Very disappointed. Outside of short return window due to travels.

This product just happened to be a little too large for the case. I wanted to put it in the product is a good product and I would suggest it for any world traveler five stars for sure.

Nice charger and size is great, making it perfect for the pocket, etc. Charges almost all my devices (Android phones/tablets, Surface Go), DOES NOT CHARGE my laptops (HP Elitebook and Dell XPS) so the product description above noting that laptops can be charged is significantly misleading!! I'm giving this 2 stars because I bought this solely on the basis that I can charge my laptops along with other devices.
