Very good ice mask and roller, they were both comfortable and easy to use on the skin and the roller lasted me awhile, good size and effective, good price too

So great that I bought two! Purchased this for post-septoplasty healing. My bruising and swelling have been very minimal, and I know I have this mask to thank for that. The mask came as shown, but also includes a super-soft removable cover and a bonus hot/cold pack! This ice mask is very comfortable, stays cold for a long time, and re-freezes quickly. One was great, but my husband purchased a second one so I could switch them out quickly. The eye holes are great if you want to walk around, watch tv, or do other things while icing your face, and the soft cover is great to minimize the cold a bit, and keep the light out. If you’re on the fence about which mask to buy, don’t be! Buy this mask now, and you will not regret it! Also great for headaches. Excellent customer service as well, as we received an unexpected thank you letter from the seller after our purchase.

This mask looks crazy (purple luchador?) but it's not a bad product. I've only used this heated up, I haven't tried it as an icepack. Pros: 1. The interior has a soft terry cloth feel, so it sits comfortably on the face - much better than a plastic pack 2. It seems to retain heat once heated up for a decent length of time 3. The face/nose/mouth holes and straps make it so you can still watch TV or do other things while wearing 4. It does provide some relief for headaches when warmed up - obviously not a cure but it's very soothing Cons: 1. You can only heat this thing up in 10-15 second intervals - but it definitely isn't warm enough after the first 15 seconds. I'd say it takes maybe a full minute of 10-15 second intervals to get it warm enough to do much? Really wish you could just pop it in the microwave for a minute or something and it's heated. Very annoying. 2. You will look insane while wearing this thing 3. The straps are a little unwieldy in the back, criss crossing them seems to help make it more secure

Other reviews mention it doesn't stay cold very long. I think it stays cold for the amount of time one would want to use this. Need an hour of freezing cold? Look elsewhere. Need 10-15 minutes like me? Get this. I have had this for over a year now and it's still holding up strong. I use it to reduce puffiness under my eyes and it does the job. I put a folded paper towel between my forehead and the mask or else it gets too cold to take. I like to put additional pressure on the bottom part so the cold sinks into the bags of my eyes - it feels great and wakes you up! People may look at you funny if you wear it while driving like I have done, but who cares what they think? It can limit visibility a bit, so I only recommend doing this on back roads and short drives. Overall, I would recommend over many other masks.

Like everyone else mentioned, the eye holes are pretty off and distracting. You’d need a severely protruding forehead to be able to see comfortably. I wonder why they don’t just correct this, as this seems to be a common complaint. I also personally wish the cheek sections were a little longer. But the product comes with a nice fleece cover and an extra rectangular cold pack. So, I think I’ll probably keep it and just use it with the fleece most of the time.

I only ever had mask like this that covered the eyes. I was just looking to replace one. These type of mask are a must for sinus problems or headaches. I have been diagnosed with a neurological disorder this year which makes the left side of my face involuntary contract. It happens many times throughout the day and hurt because of the forceful stretching. I saw this product and had to try it out. Solved all problem areas at once. I am going to buy a second one and designate one for heat and one for cold. The strap issues as some other people have pointed out are correct. I found a perfect solution to fix it and get a better fit. If you crisscross the top and bottom straps it will hug to your face perfectly. It makes the bottom of the mask curve around the bottom of your face and you don't end up with the unusable lower strap.

This mask is awesome but there are a few things that I do wish were a little different. I read reviews to understand why the straps didn't fit correctly. You have to cross them in the back and it does fit a lot better. I do wish that the mask was bigger to cover my entire face. It covers most of it but it would be nice if it covered all the way to my ears. The nose and mouth hole are off and do not fit correctly but it isn't a big deal. I LOVE the soft lining in the mask so you don't get cold burn and when the mask starts to warm up, you can just flip it to the other side. People complaining about it being stiff are stupid. It was frozen...what do you expect? Just move the beads around a little to make it bend to your face. It also stays cold a long time if it was in the freezer (about 30 mins).

Doesnt fit face lol but the puffiness goes away on face

Very cheap mask , not worth the $35. Beads don’t go in the upper mouth section, and tabs to tie around head are way off. Top one too big lower one to tight
