I've had a memory foam contour pillow for years and kept meaning to buy a new one because the memory foam wore out where my head rests every night. I just switched to a new PlushBed latex mattress, so I decided to try a latex contour pillow instead.I ordered Cloudzone's Contoured Latex Pillow ($32.99), with medium firmness and another latex pillow (Earth Miracle natural latex contour shaped pillow for $29.99) to try. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how comfortable the Cloudzone pillow was and totally amazed when I woke up the next morning with no pain in my neck and shoulder on the right side. This pain has been constant for over a year so it goes to show you how important it is to not only find a good bed, but a good pillow too!The other latex pillow I wasn't able to use because there was a smell coming from the pillow that made me sick to my stomach when I tried to sleep on it. I've aired it out for almost two weeks now and the smell is still there. (It’s the only reportedly natural latex item that I’ve had a bad reaction to so I’m wondering if it’s 100% natural latex.) This taught me that I really need to be careful when selecting latex pillows and mattresses to make sure they are 100% natural latex.UPDATE 9.24.2020Almost a year later and the pillow is holding up well. I'm still enjoying a comfortable nights sleep on my 100% Natural Latex Pillow. :)

I have been using memory foam pillows from differen name brands long time, and i have tried other pillows, last week,my husband has an uncomfortable neck that asks me to change a pillow, so i browsed all kinds of pillows on the Amazon, TOO HAPPY , I FOUND A HIGH AND LOW LATEX PILLOW BY CLOUDZONE, My husband love it, he just adapted to it and solved his neck problem,These pillows are nice and soft ,The pillows give a nice support and still squishy and contains removable double pillowcase and easy to clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I didn't have a very good sleep for a long time with neck pain all the time. Used for 3 days I feel better of my sleep, woke up without a stiff neck any more. So amazing! It looks like a honeycomb shape, could be breathable I think. And when I side sleeping, my face feels very comfortable, the pillow was soft and have enough support too. You could adjust the different height according to the low&high edge. I prefer the low side cause my shoulder wasn't too wide,the low side about 4’’ height is perfect for me. By the way, I like the beautiful rose cover which seems to have very good quality. strongly recommending.

Well-packaged and as described. Not super bouncy or rubbery. No strong smell. Moderate loft. Seller communication is good but a bit slow. (I'd asked whether this pillow was dunlop or talalay before I ordered and didn't get an answer until after I ordered.) For me, the lower side seems a bit too low and the higher side is a just a tad too high, and medium firm was a bit too firm at first, but I have a very hard time with pillows. This seems to be a good natural Dunlop latex pillow (I would have preferred talalay) and, at such a reasonable price, definitely worth keeping. Still not my perfect pillow, but I'm not sure that exists.

10 minutes of lying on it and my head had sunk through to the mattress. It's very squishy and provides no support whatsoever. My 16 year old memory foam pillow has better support. The cover they provide with it is some sort of slimy feeling synthetic that doesn't breathe at all so the pillow is very hot. After discovering the lack of support I didn't try it without the provided cover. On the plus side there was no odor at all. The thing I learned from this is that if the pillow is squashy enough to be rolled up for shipping it isn't going to be firm enough to provide any support. My search goes on for a replacement for my beloved old memory foam pillow.

I've been using latex foam pillows for over 20 years, and this one is by far the firmest one I've ever purchased. Not what I wanted. And while the fabric cover feels nice, it's so slippery that a normal pillowcase won't stay on during the night.

This pillow is pretty soft, and it felt like it was supporting my head and neck quite well. But, it wasn't for me personally, I'd prefer a pillow that my head can sink into just a little more. Maybe over time it'll give a little, and if it did, it would be a perfect pillow for me! But for now, I have a pretty darn good pillow, just not quite perfect for myself. Maybe if you like a pillow to be a little more sturdy, this one would be for you!

Not as soft as advertised. Very little give to the pillow. If you want a rather firm pillow, this is fine, and seller was very cooperative after they read my review, so i have added another star.
