Xochitl Chip Corn No Salt

I needed a low or no salt chip to use for a variety of things, one being a lovely no salt chip to use in my no salt, high flavor chili, this chip fits the bill exactly. I also use it for a chippie base for toco salad and any where i would use a normal chip.I don’t use dips, so far, because they are high salt, and high fat and i only need to dip veggies, if anything, so, I’m working on a no salt, high flavor salsa, and maybe a low salt, high flavor yogurt dip.Love these chips! I can eat chips again! They were great in my chili, with a dollop of yogurt and sprinkle of Parmesan. Hmmm, wonder how a little Romano would spark up my chili? Or maybe Feta? (Lower salt cheeses all.)

Seem healthy

I expected this to be the usual Xochitl chips, a fine product I had enjoyed before. It was carefully delivered, placed in sheltered area on my porch, not thrown, but the contents were shattered. The now little chips can be used for a topping for baking where a stale note is not critical, but not for salsa dip I had intended. I noticed the large best by date, 12/2023, was on a separate white label. When I peeled it off, I could read the original date, "best if used by" OCT/29/22 printed on the package. It looks to me like the original 5 star product had been stored so long it was dried out and more easily broken. If so, someone along the line deserves a 0 star rating for tampering, but I doubt if there is any way to find out. So I averaged to three stars in order to communicate the problem, but I will understand if this is not used as an appropriate review of the product itself.

These chips are amazing! I have several heart conditions and cannot have salt or much fat. These salt free chips are thin, crispy as well as low in carbs. They help satisfy my craving for something crunchy without breaking my no-no numbers.

I think they’re good! You could add your own salsa ect if you prefer. I see other reviews that their chips came smashed that’s not good. Mine didn’t 👍 The reason for 4 stars... I reached out to seller asked it was shipped by USPS. No response...it was shipped by UPS 🤦🏻‍♀️ Bad for me I work night shifts so tht means I had to get up early (UPS can come anytime) even if they give u a such an such time. Worked out a pain! All in all happy with purchase just won’t be ordering again, unless it was shipped by USPS bc I know it comes sometime in the afternoon any who. I will definitely enjoy my chips for sure! 😄🎉😀

Hey hypertensive homies, there are a lot of things that are all of a sudden a big no no for us, but these are great! I ate mine with fresh pico de gallo and it fills a much need chip craving. Mine were delivered in tact with 55 mph gusts today and I’m so happy.

Way to thin to scoop anything

Don’t plan on dipping with these. They can’t handle it.
