GNC Milestones Teen Multivitamin for Girls 12-17, 120 Caplets, Supports Energy Production and Healthy Skin, Bone Health and Immunity

Overall I feel that this is a 5 star vitamin. I have been looking for a good multi-vitamin for my 13 year old daughter. These checked off all the important boxes for me. I wanted to make sure she was getting the nutrients she needs and felt that she was too old for gummies and they didn't necessarily provide everything she needed. They are a little big for him to swallow, and I don't understand why they are a different color and flaver as compared to the boys version that my son takes. But, we just cut them in 1/2 and no problems. They are a little more expensive than what I would like to pay, but worth it. We take every night with dinner and there are no stomach issues or problems with her not being able to sleep. Overall very happy and will be buying again.

My daughter's pediatrician approved them when I took them to my daughter's appointment to show her! She was impressed by the ingredients that she's recommending them to her patients. Once my daughter turned 12, I searched for multivitamins online since I wanted to avoid anything gummy and thankfully I came across these!!!

It's great that there is a vitamin developed for teen girls. I thought it was competitively priced until I got the bottle and read that they take two pills a day. It's odd since the pills are the same size as other vitamins that are only once a day.The vitamins can be hard on the stomach. I have two daughters taking the pills. The older one had to stop taking them because she would throw up soon afterwards; even with food and even when I tried giving one pill with breakfast and one with dinner.

I have two teenage girls 14 and 16 whose busy lives don't include always eating a balanced meal. I have full trust In the GNC brand of multivitamins as my husband and I have been taking them for over 40 yrs. I know the girls will benefit from having a daily multivitamin, keeping them more alert for learning and physically strong and healthy in the ever changing environment public schools offer.
