Trusty little device
I keep the probe in the tank all the time. It’s a great and cheap way to keeps on top of tank temps. It doesn’t switch off. It stays on and the battery lasts ages in it. It doesn’t alert you to too cold/hot temps but you just need to glance at it every now and then to keep on top of it.

Fantastic
These thermometers are fantastic and work well my hognose snake and very accurate and simple to use and the display helps me monitor the hot end and the cool end so I can keep her in the environment she needs to thrive . A real credit to Amazon .

Do the job
Do the job. Were ok gor the price. I have them both in my tank about 6" apart and they never read the same temperature. But it ok as not far out and are only cheap

Really good quality and value for money
Like the fact it is accurate and the unit can be mounted outside the aquarium. Generous amount of wiring means probe can be placed deep in the water

Don’t last very long
One of the screens have already bust after just a month of use. Reads temps semi accurately from what I can tell when they do work though.

Best attached with velcro pads.
Used as a pair on a large aquarium. To measure top and bottom temps. No problems and easily read!

Completely useless and inaccurate
Purchased these for my fish tank. Initially there was a 0.1 degree difference, which I thought was perfectly acceptable - especially for the price they are.I installed one at either end of my fish tank and all seemed ok. Over the coming weeks the temperature difference was getting bigger and bigger - until there was nearly a 2 degree difference - which seemed very odd from one end of the tank to the other. So I put them next to each other and there was over 1.5 degrees between them.I removed them from the tank, cleaned the sensors and they are still over 1.5 degrees different. No idea which one (if any!) is the actual, correct temperature. Cheap rubbish!

Leider ist eins der beiden Thermometer bereits nach knapp 3 Monaten Benutzung defekt.Nachtrag: und auch das zweite Thermometer hat ca. 4 Wochen später seinen Geist aufgegeben. (und es lag nicht an den Batterien!)
