Munkijo 100% Organic Coconut Water 11.2-Ounce (Pack of 12) -- NOT From Concentrate

This was the second brand of Coconut Water I tried. I like moderate sweetness in many things and while this Coconut Water is not sweet it is also not "off" favored. On slow afternoons where I do not need a high volume of liquid this is a very good choice for me to drink slowly.

I'm back again!.Like I said before, This coconut water it taste like coconut water!...How do I know? Because In my country I had plants of coconut and I used to drink a lot!... of course the flavor was better because it was raw. I said before raw for us is only for the coconut because bacteria is really not good!. (We don't take a chance). Anyway no complaint for one year, and this year we had two times a bad coconut water!...It was sour!... First time they sent us another box (thank you), we didn't want that, we wanted they take a note for next time.. second time, we didn't have any answer.Well, I'm human so I get upset and I took my review! :) I tried so hard to find an alternative... found pinky one, great review but last I know coconut water is not pink! ,with artificial flavor, not organic,with preservatives, from concentrate, Oh boy some reviews! With some dark particles inside... etc. So, I decided to still buying this one!, because is really good, I trust in them, all the time that I received my coconut water the package is great!.And If I get a bad one, well , I will throw it!. We can make mistakes but doesn't mean the product is not good.

It's taste is pretty close to fresh coconut juice. Of course, nothing beats real fresh coconut juice. But since this is not the tropics, and I will settle for one that tastes close to the real thing, this particular drink fits the bill. I like it that it does not have sugar added to it. You just taste its natural sweetness (and freshness, too, I'd like to add). Back home, where coconut is abundant, I used to add some sugar and milk to coconut juice to make it "tastier", or just different; but here, I find that pure coconut juice is even better, not to mention healthier.There were folk beliefs about coconut juice; one of them is that it is medicinal. I used to hear stories that during the war years (WWII), it was used for IV injections for severe diarrhea. Also that it is good for the kidneys. When the population evacuated to the mountains, it is the coconut trees with their fruits, among others, that provided food for the evacuees. They are a life-saver.Personally, I think it has made my bladder less irritable. I notice that my bladder now gets full but I no longer feel the urgency to run to the bathroom.Five stars for Munkijo!

Does not taste like fresh coconut water. It had a bit of a strange flavor in my opinion. I've lived in the tropics and had plenty of fresh coconut water which is why I am searching for a great product. This isn't it unfortunately. :(

Very delicious, the taste is exactly as I expected. I do not like the pour/drink spout, it is difficult to drink from but that is really insignificant. Quick delivery.

Love them, but way overpriced.

The water has a fresh taste and not too much sugar, much lower sugar amounts than most brands that can have a syrupy taste, and while some like it sweet, many do not, and the batch I got was not overly sweet, just the right amount for my taste and refreshing. and it's organic which makes it even better. Will be ordering this brand again as my go to coconut water.

Munkijo Organic Coconut Water is one of several brands I bought and tried. Overall, it tasted a little like the container and the cost of the the case was a little pricier than the brand I ended up choosing.
