Good cereal - basic - consistent good taste and high fiber - healthy.

Love grape-nuts cereal, was surprised to find them on amazon for a great price. Favorite way to eat them is a small amount of grape-nuts with a lot of walnuts and raisins and milk, and about every other bowl I add cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice because I have a large bottle of that to use up)

Received product with more than enough time to consume before expiration date. I've been looking for a breakfast cereal that doesn't have sugar and all kinds of additives. This seems pretty healthy. I am diabetic, so I need to make better choices. This cereal seems pretty healthy, so i put it on subscription. I like how it tastes and the texture.

Good, but overpriced.

This cereal is such a staple in my kitchen. I personally love adding it to my yogurt for breakfast or even a mid-day snack. It gives the perfect crunch and makes everything more filling. Sometimes I get creative and make yogurt popsicles with fresh fruit and a little bit of this cereal mixed in. When frozen, it keeps a really nice texture and adds that little extra something that makes the popsicles more satisfying. The flavor is mild and earthy, so it pairs well with almost anything. I have also tried it with almond milk and honey, which was really good too. It is not too sweet, and I appreciate that it is made from whole grains and is non-GMO. This is definitely not the kind of cereal you just eat straight out of the box unless you enjoy really crunchy things, but once you mix it into something, it shines. I keep coming back to this brand because it is consistent and I know what I am getting. If you like granola or crunchy toppings, this will be perfect for you. I highly recommend it for yogurt lovers or anyone looking for a hearty cereal that is versatile and healthy.
