Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I got these kegel balls to try some exercises to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to improve incontinence and other issues resulting from multiple pregnancies. So far, I'm really impressed. I prefer to use the intermittent setting because it reminds me to do kegel exercises intermittently along with the vibrations. After using for a little over a week, I'm noticing a definite improvement in the issues I was dealing with. The remote control is a nice feature. The silicone is smooth and easy to clean. The long string at the end is also nice and allows for easy removal.

Only dislike is: It is a little loud. You can hear the vibrations outside the body. So be careful around others.

Vibration is really strong and there are different modes. The remote works well. Battery life seems good. So far absolutely nothing negative to say. Was far better than expected.

The remote control works, but the vibrations are a hit and miss depending on whether or not you like it. It's decently quiet and definitely something fun to play with.

I like the vibration but I think I needed smaller ones a smaller set or size because it's hard to place them where they need to go without being too graphic. It feels okay at first and then basically I don't feel anything anymore. Of course during the day if I wear them more than 20 minutes I'll wear them as much as I want. My muscles are flexing and relaxing like they're supposed to and I've already noticed a change in urine leakage. Overall they're good for urine issues I'm 39 and had a big baby and he was face up and he really damaged everything and after just this long I'm not having hardly any You're in leakage.

We all need some help now and then as we age or have kids. This is a great beginners start for help with strengthening. Great directions and details with exercises. Remote control gives you all the control , and simple to use. Easy clean up.

It’s great quality but it’s really big. I used a lot of lube and it felt like speculum at the gyn office was inside me, just painful tbh. Even after I took it out I was still I pain. I’m not sure if the whole thing is suppose to go inside but it definitely did not fit. I wish it was smaller other than that the vibrations were good and again amazing quality.
