Great information within this book! Adam Johnson really gives you a detailed look at the flipping process. If you are interested in flipping a house, this book has a slew of useful information to get you started down the right track.

I didnt gain a lot from the book. It was very repetitive with little info. Just kept repeating MLS and and dont be emotional.

This book was on my prescribed rundown and I chose to get it on a whim.The principal activity is understand yourself before endeavoring to grasp the matter of flipping houses. I have taken in the nuts and bolts and some reasonable procedures and an awesome review of this business for them who is intrigued. Happy I read this book!

Way too much money for a printed copy of an internet downloadable book. If you can call it a book. Its more like a brochure of only 90 pages.
