U-cut Custom Foam Organizers for Toolbox Drawers (16"x22") : Blue / Red

This product works very well for 5S'ing tools in drawers. I have used it to organize 6 tool boxes at my factory. It's fairly simple and easy to cut and apply. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars: it's too expensive. I can't comprehend why two small pieces of foam cost so much. That said, I still purchase it as it fits my needs.

Great quality foam drawer liner. The paper on the back is impossible to write on with anything buy crayon, so I eventually just used a fine point sharpee on the blue surface. The trick to a nice clean appearance I found was a heated hobby knife I found at Hobby Lobby. It is a wood burning tool that has extra tips. One of them is an exacto knife blade that makes a nice clean cut when heated. It goes through the foam like a hot knife through butter. Worth the $25 for sure. The first liner I cut with a standard exacto knife and my hand hurt and the lines looked jagged. The heated blade makes a nice smooth cut effortlessly.

Really hard to use. Cutting out the shapes for the tools was very difficult.
