Disana is the way to go when it comes to wool diaper covers
Over the course of cloth diapering two children we have tried a number of different types of diaper covers. Once we settled on a wool cover as the perfect overnight solution, the search then switched to the perfect wool cover. These Disana wool covers are hands down the best deal for your money. They do tend to run a little bit big, which I personally like, so keep that in mind when you're ordering. Right now my son is about 26lbs and is just shy of 16 months old and we ordered the 12-24 months size --- he absolutely will have plenty of room to grow and I sort of doubt that we will need to purchase any larger sizes. He is already wearing 2T clothing, and this wool cover will last him a very long time.A few notes for care --- when you get your cover, it says it's ready to be used right away, but I strongly suggest lanolizing it once before using it for a diaper cover. If you're just using it to help with wicking then your fine to not lanolize any further before use, but we like to use it as our actual diaper cover and so we do take the extra time to give it a little bit more protection. To lanolize, just take a small amount of lanolin and melt it into a small cup of hot water. Fill up your bathroom sink with lukewarm water and mix in the hot lanolin water and then place your Disana cover into the water and gently swish it around. Let it soak about ten minutes and then drain the water and squeeze out as much water as you can from your cover. Lay flat between two towels and roll the towels so that the rest of the water is soaked up and then lay flat to dry (it will take about 24 hours.....I suggest you turn it inside out after about 12 hours). Once you do that, you're good to go and you will only need to wash your cover if it gets dirty or once every few weeks. The wonderful thing about wool is you can literally use your cover over and over again, letting it dry between uses, and its good as new and ready to go every time. These are our absolute favorite diaper solutions!
