Great conversation piece. I am not a decorator by any means, I rely on a female friend of mine to help me with my home decorating. She told me this would have people notice it, and she was right. I thought it would be a bit larger but after getting it out of the packaging and placing it by itself on a nightstand, it looks great. Everyone who floats through the bedroom will ask "where did you get that?" I spent years traveling in the Far East with the DoD, and have numerous high-cost art pieces, but the quality of this makes people think I spent a pile of money on it--but I didn't. If you are in the market for a great looking piece of sculpture at a decent decorating price, this is what you want to buy. As always, packaging was great, no dings during shipment. Buy this, you won't be disappointed...

Beautiful. Got the pair for my sweetheart. He adores them. They are well made. I researched the alternatives made from real stone and without seeing the actual product it would be hard to decide if it was worth the extra price. These are not stone, they are just well painted resin (I think) with a nice heavy feeling to them.

Wanted a Tang horse for years, but the real article was way out of my price range. This is such a quality piece that I have placed it in my front room for full viewing, and am very proud of it. Visitors are awed.

Very very cheap feel…like plastic that’ll shatter so do not drop accidentally. The price is high for a designed item from America that’s still procured in china. But it is very beautiful and looks nice on display.

Prompt delivery; gorgeous Tang Horse (I purchased two); nice colors. My only con, which actually turned out to be a plus, is that the styrofoam packing material stuck to the base. I took my trusty Goo Gone with a soft rag and to my surprise the black base color under the horse came off which unveiled a silver metal like base which resembles a tile floor which made the statue even more gorgeous and unique. To me these are priceless; very expensive looking for a very reasonable price. i highly recommend..

There is literally nothing about the Foo Dogs to merit paying money for them. Polyresin is just a name for less refined plastic. Poor detail, faux gilding, slapped together like poor 3D printing. Photo looks much better than actual items.
