PEIN Pedal Mount [UPGRADED] - Racing simulator cockpit | PC steering wheel with pedals and shifter | PC mount under desk

Got this because my new fanatec CSL pedals didn’t fit on my playseat challenge properly. The construction was a little bit of a hassle as it doesn’t come with instructions, but a video instead, which doesn’t provide as much detail as paper instructions would, but I still managed to put it together. It comes with lots of extra pieces, so if you can figure out some different ways of setting things up so it works best for your pedals. The mounting holes are also movable, so these will work with almost all pedals. Though I did need the black cylinder boosters that came with my CSL pedals in order for the mounting holes to be flush with the mount. You can also adjust the angle and distance of the pedals which is great.I’ve used it for many hours and it’s been great. The mount doesn’t flex much, and it doesn’t slip under heavy braking. I’m confident this mount will work for a load cell kit. I also briefly tried it in a desk chair, and it still held up, although it’s possible that the wheels could roll over the guard rails under extremely heavy braking. Wouldn’t happen with my pedals though since they don’t require even close to the amount of force.

I had my eye on this product for a while now. I had Logitech G29 pedals on the floor against a wall for years. But I just recently upgraded to Fanatec v3 and using them on the floor is not suitable with it's load cell.After putting it together, I love the adjustability on this product. You really can fine tune it exactly how you need it, with proper angle and such. It's really great. Plus you can loosen the seat sliders and slide them in to save space.I have only used this product for about 3 hours but it held up well. I am able to adjust my load cell to about 3/4 of full force and it seems to handle it well. The only thing is if you don't tighten the seat sliders enough, it will slide back. I have a concern that maybe at some point, this will happen if it gets loose. Let's hope not. Also, there is flex in this unit when hard braking. But you can't expect something like this with such small pieces not to flex when putting all your force from your leg onto it.Overall, a great product. Will have to see how it holds up over time but really a game changer for me as I can't get a full cockpit because of space constraints. I'm giving this 4 stars because I was really impressed, but not totally blown away. The instructions were not so great (online video) but got the job done. The edges are a little sharp, nothing too terrible but I may cut my toe on it at some point if I'm not paying attention. There is flex which is a negative but to be expected with material as small as this.

Works well for my Logitech pedals that come will all their racing wheels. The track for chair wheels fits both of my rolling chairs fine, with a little room to spare. Assembly is a little fiddly but not difficult. Everything has held together without the need to retighten any of the connections. One of the hex keys included in the kit was the wrong size but luckily I have a couple sets to pick from. The top of my desk is too high to lower the chair more than a couple inches from the top position but there are a couple assembly option even with the basic kit that angles the base of the pedals just the right amount to still be able to push comfortably with force as needed. Overall, I’m quite happy with the purchase and this seems to be able to probaboulast the pedals themselves.

My first issue with the pedal mount is that they provide no written directions to put it together. Instead they use a video, which is a difficult method to follow because you have to constantly be pausing it. The second issue is that it was not designed for my flight rudder pedals by Thrustmaster. Their was no way to mount my rudder pedals to their brackets. Overall not pleased.

This works perfectly. It’s a bit of work to assemble. But it works perfectly to anchor your pedals in place and basically turns a normal office chair into a racing sim cockpit. It’s really important that your pedals remain in place while racing and this rig does the job while being easy to remove when not in use. It came with all the screws to mount my Logitech G920 pedals. It is solidly made from aluminum extrusions and fits together very nicely. You can adjust the pedals angle or distance and the seat distance to get the right fit. It comes with the hex ball wrench needed for assembly. I wanted to have a “cockpit” for racing that I could convert to normal computer use and this device was the perfect solution.

I gave this product 3 stars because once set up it works quite well. And my kit came with spare parts.But there are 2 glaring issues I have found:1) Edges of the bars and plates are sharp. They were not rounded off after they were machine cut. I used some masking tape to lessen the sharpness, but even then it's still really sharp and I expect I will cut myself at some point or another.2) I have the Fanatec CSL DD kit and this Pedal Mount kit does not come with instruction on how to bolt that specific pedal kit to this bracket. I saw someone else's work and had to zoom in to see what was done. Even then, it isn't properly mounted. At least it isn't loose I guess.

One piece too many one piece missing. Got an extra piece I dont need but dont have the one I need.

Building the mount was easy with the video provided. If you can build ikea furniture you can build this.Only issue it has is that pushing hard on the pedals causes the seat to lean back. I added some 1/4” rubber pads under the section that goes under the wheels and that helped a lot.
