Durable and relieves pain
I have sciatic pain and diastasis recti from a twin pregnancy. I have tried several back supports before and this one is by far my favorite. It’s very easy to get on by myself. It’s very durable material and quality stitching. I wear it for long portions of the day and it provides much needed relief!

Sturdy!
I have tried a few belts for support and this one is very sturdy! I wear it for many hours of the day. It gives great support while also being very comfortable. If you have back issues this may help! The size was a little big, but I made it work.

Very strong as needed
The first thing I noticed is this is very sturdy and somewhat stiff. Just like l like it. It helps me keep my posture straight even when not working out. The additional straps are pulled tightly for even more support. I ordered the xl which was a little too big but it still served the purpose.

Good sterdy belt
I bought this belt for my husband. He said it is very sturdy. Has large Velcro areas to fight tight and stays in place. Gives a wide size range. It is a wide fitness belt. It gives good back support and keeps the belly pulled in tight.
