Great idea but wish it was designed a little better.
So I love the idea of the sleeves and they do work for us with a little modification. The sleeves seem to be for very broad shoulders. really broad shoulders and I don't know of any baby that they might fit. I know the idea is to go over clothes but in the middle of the summer she is in shortsleeves or tank tops and they are so broad they don't stay on her shoulders. They pretty much rest on her elbows. So the only way I can keep them on her is to put them under her shirts which is fine and works.I did end up getting a different brand as well to see if they work better ( scratch me not). They are definitely better designed for the shoulders. I did go with one size up when I got the 'scratch me not' because the 'scratch sleeves' I got first I probably should have went with the next size up. Anyways they are 2 different sizes but even with the scratch sleeves being smaller they are still way broader. Now for what I don't like about the scratch me not. They have a lot more fabric around the hands that make them heavier, almost too heavy for my little one and they make it harder for her to grab things than with the others. I do like the idea of being able to flip the sleeves over so her hands our free but I don't think it's worth the extra thickness. It also makes them way hotter for her in the summer time. Too hot for us. But I do like the way they fit way better. So with that said, for summer I will be sticking with the scratch sleeves and putting them under her shirt to stay on. Winter I will probably do the others or maybe modify the scratch me not by cutting off the fabric that flips over and see it shut so it's not so heavy. The pink ones in the pics is the scratch sleeves and the blue are scratch me not. You can see the difference in broadness between the 2.

Love!
I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. Yes, they run a little big but I bought 3 pairs similar to these from Scratch Me Not. They were great until they fell apart over daily use/wash. Long story short, that company failed me and bought these instead. I LOVE them. They are made of nice material. Overall, very happy with this purchase and my two year old needed them! Definitely recommend for babies and toddlers with bad eczema.

Good ideal, poor execution
My almost 2-year-old has decided to start pulling her hair and I found these and thought this would be a great solution. They work fine but the shoulders are gigantic so they just fall off and she’s figured out how to pull them off and now they’re super stretched out even further than they already were in the shoulder area. Next time I think I’ll take one of her older brothers pajamas and sew the wrist area shut and make it a crop top. Save $20 too. The sleeves work ok... if we put them under her pajamas and catch her before she tries to pull them off.

No more hair pulling!
Yes these do run a little big. However we just put them on under her clothes and they are fine.My 10 month old daughter was pulling her hair out in clumps. This was especially the case when she woke up in the middle of the night or the morning. We just put these on under her night clothes and she can't pull anymore! We tried different types of long gloves and socks but she always managed to escape them. No escaping this!Update: 10 months later at 20 months and these are still amazing! My daughter is completely used to them and expects them as part of her nightly routine. We no longer wake up to clumps of hair on her bed. I still highly recommend but stress to wear these under the clothes, particularly long sleeve pajamas.

Great idea, but my daughter hated it
My 12-month-old developed a severe rash on her hands and wrists from sucking her thumb and from eating foods with the hands. We tried everything we could, but couldn't put any creams on her hands because she sucks her thumb. I decided to give this a try because in theory, the idea is great. However, I should have known better. My daughter likes being very independent (she likes having control) and she's a big thumb sucker. I wish I had not given it a try. If my daughter was older it probably would have worked as well, because she would understand it more. Long story short, my daughter screamed bloody murder when I put this on her for a nap because she felt confined in it and couldn't suck her thumb. She cried so hard she started hyperventilating. Even after taking it off, it took hours to calm her down. The girl who hasn't falling asleep on me in about 6 months, passed out in my arms from crying. Again, this is good idea for some, but maybe not for babies who are more on the independent side. We even tried cutting a little hole in it for her thumb, but she still hated it. Oh well.

If your toddler wants out - they can get out.
Best for younger babies. I purchased this for my 2 year old daughter who has a lot of motivation to get out of it so she can suck on the fingers of one hand and pick at her face with the other hand. The first few hours I was optimistic but she quickly figured out how to get out. I have tried 2 different sizes thinking a smaller size might work better - but not really. If the kid wants out they will get out. I even tried putting a shirt over it during nap time to see if I could make it harder to get off. It took her 3 times longer but she still got out. The only really good thing is that besides bed - the other place she really sucks and picks is in the car. And if I put this on her in the car and she's strapped into her car seat she can't get it off. Even in a 5 minute car ride to daycare she can do a lot of damage to her face so it does help slightly but overall not the solution I was hoping for. I'm going to try the onesie version next in hopes to make it work - but I'm not optimistic.

Effective and well-made
I ordered these for my 2 year old daughter to keep her from twisting and pulling out her hair at night. The item is well-made of soft cotton and the mittens are silk. I was worried she would feel restricted and hate wearing them but she actually loves them and doesn't want to take them off. She likes the silky texture and rubs her hands on her face to feel it. Other reviewers said these run large and I agree. She is a very tall-for-age child, average weight, and I ordered size 21-24 months and they are slightly large.

Scratch sleeves don't stay on overnight
Scratch sleeves prevents baby from scratching temporarily but they don't stay on overnight. It's easy for baby to take the sleeves off. Material is breathable and soft.
