Ingredients to have on hand include fresh scallops, butter, canola or vegetable oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, red onion, green pepper, cucumber, ripe tomato, pimentos. This wonderful centerpiece salad is great served with our marina county carrot cake and big cold pitchers of fresh lemonade and watermelon for dessert. Contents include all natural enriched semolina flour, spray dried tomato, spinach and beet powders.
