Wonderful pick-me-up! Feel very healthy after taking it and I know my body is thanking me now and will continue to down the road :D easy to swallow capsules and I couldn't be more satisfied. This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

The capsules are easy to swallow. I haven't noticed any health benefits as of yet but I will update if I notice anything.

Didn't really notice too much difference but I did feel a bit more energetic and healthy overall.

I heard that blue green algae could help with my anxiety and depression, so I decided to give it a try. This particular product has a good reputation due to the location it is harvested from. I am glad that I gave it a shot. It has helped to stabilize my stress. I got a little discount for the review, but I am really glad that I picked it out. Will order more at regular price because it is well worth it!

However, I recently read from several sorces that contaminates are likely with blue green algae supplementation, and thus has stopped taking this product until the manufacturer can confirm that this product has been tested and is is free from of mycrocystins and other contamination. WebMD indicates that “Blue-green algae products that are free of contaminants, such as liver-damaging substances called microcystins, toxic metals, and harmful bacteria, are POSSIBLY SAFE for most people.” However, “Contaminated blue-green algae can cause liver damage, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, weakness, thirst, rapid heartbeat, shock, and death.
