bigger than expected but not mad about that... fit everything I needed for a 12 day trip

Great for daily use and travel.

TL;DR: This is a large, solidly built pill organizer. In my time of having daily maintenance meds this is my favorite pill case. Not for light travel though.For a bit under 2 decades I've had to take daily medications. As time progressed so did the number of pills I had to take. I’ve found it best to use a pill organizer with each pill in its on compartment as this is both the easiest to manage and most convenient for me. For most of this time I've been using 4 compartment clamshell type pill organizers that could hold a week's worth of my largest pill in one compartment. As time went on I had to add a second case, which was a 6 compartment model with 2 larger compartments and 4 small ones I put a few Tylenol, Pepto, Tums, etc in. Then I needed more space and I had move to 2 four compartment cases and a smaller one for Tums and stuff. My last 4 compartment case broke and I sadly discovered they no longer make them.So I’ve purchased 6 different types of pill cases across Amazon and Taobao. This is by far my favorite. Let me say up front I have not tested the water proof/moisture resistance of this unit. I do not think this is a useful feature as none of my prior pill cases had this feature and I’ve never had a problem in almost 20 years and I spend a lot of time on the beach.Let’s start with the negatives as this is short. First this is probably bigger, and definitely heavier, than you imagine from looking at the pictures. So if you are looking for a travel pill case, while this can travel no problem, its going to take up significant space and weight in your carry on. Personally I would only take it on trips of 1 month or more (or if I had a heavy daily maintenance requirement).The compartment door latches are stiff, which is a positive for everyone with standard manual movement, but for arthritis sufferers the stiff doors could be an issue.On the positive side is, well, everything else. This feels well-made and is solid plastic. The hinge is all plastic, unfortunately, but it does seem like it will last longer than other plastic pill organizers. It holds more than 17 days of my largest pills and it can hold 14 Tums in the front narrow compartment. The compartment doors take label maker stickers fine and hold very well, there is no danger of the doors opening on their own and dumping pills once its closed. The pill case closure is a very solid clamp style closure. All good things if you wish to travel with this. Its attractive, feels really nice and you can see the pills inside the containers when the whole thing is closed.In short, if you are looking for a large, good quality pill organizer for 8 or less pills then this is it. If you are looking for a compact travel pill box for a small number of pills, then look elsewhere but keep this in mind for your home use!

Great for travel. Fits at least a weeks worth of pills in each compartment. Compartments stay closed.

Bought this for a 3 week trip to South Africa to carry my assorted supplements and it worked great. I love that there are secure closures for each compartment as well as the outer case. It doesn’t take up much room in my carry on bag. The pill cases I’d used before would sometimes pop open so I had to make sure I had them in another bag. No worries with this one! The compartments hold a decent amount of pills but if you have larger ones like fish oil you’ll need to use multiple compartments and plan accordingly.

Easy to take all your meds and vitamins with you and not bring bottles. You can label them and fits easy in a purse. Loved it and ordered a second one!
