This idea of the palm peeler is great, it gave me an opportunity to be a bit more self sufficient when preparing veges. Just slide your fingers and start peeling. The palm peeler took some of the pressure off of my hands while peeling tons of potatoes and vegetables. It allows you to use your fingers for holding and moving the item, unlike the handled ones that you have to hold with one hand. It’s easy to hold and no fear of peeling off your skin .Safer than the original peeler. With this palm peeler, i can do the kitchen thing in second and effortlessly. I will never hate peeling potatoes or carrots again. My 10 year old son had tried it, it is very easy for him to peel off the fruit peel and he needn’t too much effort. Great kitchen gadget to have! I bought this one to replace one I lost.It's so easy to use because it just fits right in your palm! The blade is good and sharp, and the design is so good for peeling.The place for the fingers are very comfortable and makes peeling effortless.The peel out of the vege is average, so you needn’t worry the peeler take away too much flesh. I like using this style peeler because it allows using an open hand.The blades do the job and they sharp enough to peel veges and fruits. This two finger hole design looks more powerful than the only one finger hole peeler. I love this type vegetable peeler.
