Because of some problems with my left rotator cuff and upper back I was looking for something that would help me keep my posture up while I'm at the computer. I have a hard time remembering to hold my posture, so I thought this would be a good way to either hold me in place or, at least, remind me to pull my posture straight. This is comfortable and works beautifully, forcing me to keep my posture up. I don't have to think about it at all and my posture is perfect. I only just got it, so I don't know if it will actually train me to keep my posture up when I'm not wearing it, but I'm perfectly happy just wearing it while I work if not.The one, tiny thing that I'll mention is that, because of the rotator cuff issue, I couldn't adjust that side with it on the way it shows in the instructions. I ended up adjusting it off of me, putting the left side on first since that's the shoulder that doesn't rotate properly and ends up hurting, and then pulling it up on the right side. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get it adjusted to the right fit, but once I did it is fantastic. I just don't undo the straps and it stays right where it should be. Since this isn't a problem for most people and it doesn't affect how well it is working, I didn't take any stars off. If you have shoulder problems, though, keep in mind that you might have to fit it by trial and error or have someone give you a hand.

Their smallest size is too big on me and I only wore it for a minute and my arm pits were getting red already, also while wearing it I noticed no difference in my posture. If thats how my pits looked for wearing it in such a short amount of time I can’t imagine how I was gonna feel wearing it after an 8 hour shift.

I am not impressed with this product. It doesn't help when it is not real tight. When it is tight to help with the posture, it cuts the under arm even to a degree to restrict blood flow and cause slight numbing. Just bad design. I would not buy it again.

It definitely makes you realize how much you slouch. It is slightly uncomfortable but I feel like wearing it 20 minutes at a time (as suggested) is a relief on the spine. I'm 64 and on a mission to improve my body before it's too late. This is very helpful in correcting my posture. Worth the spend.

I like this one better than the more complex model that incorporates a waist belt and a lot of recalcitrant straps to control - every time you put it on! This model adjusts down to a simple and easily managed figure "8": once it's adjusted to your satisfaction, leave it all connected, put it on by slipping both arms through it in front of you and slip it over your head and onto your back. To take it off, just drop it off both arms behind you.

I am sorry to have to say this, but the copper compression item was, for me , extremely difficult to put on and once on was quite uncomfortable to keep on. Removing it was also difficult also. One has to be agile, nimble, and and in tip top shape to get it on and off....for me anyway. Sorry.

AMAZING PRODUCT! I have finally found long term RELIEF!!After two neck surgeries 10 years ago, I have battled to recover from my first surgery where the surgeon detached my muscles (Trapezius) from my cervical spine and reconnected them after cleaning up my arthritis in my neck. Choosing this surgeon (unnamed for his privacy) was not the best decision of my life when I eventually discovered during my fusion surgery 9 months later that my first surgery could have been done endoscopiclally. Water under the bridge folks!!Fast forward, this posture correction shoulder support product is a game changer for me. Yes, my muscular physiology has been out of wack for a decade and, now, this product compensates for this physiological deficiency. I've been wearing this for about a week now and it has improved my overall feeling of well being about 500%. No joke. No kidding. Needless to say, I feel blessed.

Delivered on time packaging was great and it is a nice looking brace. Unfortunately, the S/M size is just too big for my frame. I’m a female that is 5’3” and 119 pounds. I ended up returning the product.
