Excellent.

Easy to swallow, no side effects - didn't have any effect in boosting magnesium levels but then again Oxide is one of the worse for absorption. It is, however, very good as a natural antacid taken alongside meals. Sorts out my GERD symptoms without the usual problems that PPIs have and because it's low for absorption there's less risk of upsetting electrolyte levels with frequent use. For muscles and boosting magnesium, I've found that magnesium glycinate works best

I started taking this to help me with restless legs at night. Any 1-a-day tablet is easier to take and I like the pouch as there is less packaging to throw away. I am happy with the quality of the product.

This product has helped me to get a good nights sleep. No cramp or restless legs.
