I bought this thermos in July, 2019. I don't usually write reviews, but I think I owe it to the maker to let the potential buyers know what a great product this is. I bought it for my husband to take warm leftovers to lunch. It was the perfect size, had great insulation which kept the food warm, and had a well-designed, quality spoon, which folds into the lid. The wide mouth gives easy access to the food and makes cleanup easy. My husband is retired now, but I use the thermos to cook steel-cut oats overnight. It works great, and I'm still impressed with the good design and high quality of the thermos.

It really works. I'm eating hot food at noon. You just have to fill it with hot water and let it warm up before you put your food in. I just wish the opening was wider.

When I place the order, I was planning for my daughter to use when she attends kindergarten but once I got the order, I know it will be too big for her so I pass it to my husband. I put hot water in at 9 am when I open it at 2 pm it still HOT then I open it again at 6 pm it still HOT, so if you are using it for your lunch at work it will be perfect. I even try to put it upside down for an hour and there is no leak so far. One thing needs to be careful is when you remove the spoon from the top the temperature of the spoon might be very hot as well. Overall this is a great size for adult and able to keep the temperature for a very long time. If they have a smaller size for a kid that will be perfect!

I am very please with this item. It holds the right portion for me and keep the content hot for few hours.Just remember to put the content into it hot and thereafter wrap it to keep heat on extended time. Good luck!

Great product for one time use.See attached photos plz.I bought 2 of these for my highschool boys' lunch, they love them, big size. It keeps the temperature hot until lunchtime and no leaking.One complaint from the boys are the Built in spoon. It is too tight to fit in and out to use.Major problem is from me....I'm returning them because of the misery of cleaning. I have been using Korean and Japanese hot lunch containers for over 10 years, which i can tell you i know how to wash these thermos.Before the first time use, I simply put these containers apart and hand wash them carefully. but this one I already knew something is not right from the moment I opened it.Inner lid has a vent hole in the middle, a 3/4 inch long metal spring is in it(looks like the one you find it from a ballpoint pen) and its both ends got plastic parts(one 1/2 inch wude, one 1 inch wide), they're very easy to lose and the worst part is the (2 inches thick) lid itself. It's not a solid one piece plastic, maybe it was supposed to be? but when I wash it, the lid collects water...it soaks up the water by just washing it and I had to shake it like a crazy person for at least 20 minutes to empty the water out.It clearly has gaps for water goes in and out. Moreover there's a silicon ring(over 2inches wide) wraps around the lid, i take it out to wash too. I noticed that the rubbery ring has so deep line in the middle and it can't be washed clean.Ok, I managed to use them for 2 days. Did all these cleaning headaches because my kids like them.I was totally dedicated to do this everynight until today!!!I found another water collector "the outer lid" cap, which is very good looking stainless steel from outside and brown plastic inside. They started collect water when I wash it. I can't clean this, shake and dance every night to empty the soupy and soapy water in each parts of them...Sad...I have to let them go.Gotta find my old Korean hot lunch containers again...I am so surprised that how many people are just mindlessly using these food containers without washing them well?I sent my kids chicken noodle soup for 2 days and I couldn't clean them well. Soapy water and the soup liquids went inside the lids through the gap, when I shake them I can feel and hear the waters in it.How do other parents say this product is great? Dont they feel about their children eating lunch with a container has rotten food liquids plus soapy water mixed inside?
