Bodytec Welbeing Acupressure pillow

For the price it’s okay. Doesn’t look same as picture in the sense the logo is on the side and it’s quite small. Covered with material that’s like a cheap pillow case. Spikes are okay, found it hard to align the pillow for shoulders and neck at first. It’s okay once you find a comfort position on it, can help with tension headaches. However bit disappointing as definitely doesn’t feel like memory foam filling- more just flat cushion like! You get what you pay for - would suggest paying out for better pillow if keen to use one more robust, fuller and of better material. Not the best but cheap quick easy buy if you wanna try acupressure pillow before paying the bit extra for a decent one!

Product arrived, true to picture ie size, colour.Initially feel the spikes but that soon becomes comfortable and easy to fall asleep or just rest. The wedge shape curved to fit the neck is a relief on tight muscles.I have also purchased a curved wedge pillow (without spikes) Game changer. I now sleep through the night, pain free.Would buy again.

I bought the matching mat a few months ago and absolutely love it. Decided to get the pillow to help with neck pain but I don’t find it quite as effective as the mat. Overall still worth the money though as it’s much cheaper than branded alternatives.

I like this product but is not the same as in the picture which disappointed me. Firstly it is quite small;( head size) the material is not the vibrant Cherise colour but a pale washed out sort of colour; It does not say PRO/11 on the section without the plastic accupressure points. However the name is printed on the side. I did consider sending it back. Saying all this, the spikes are sharp but surprisingly nice to rest my head on. I use it when sitting on the sofa and also when laying on my accupressure mat.

This pillow is a dream, I have used it a few times when I do my yoga at the end of the day and every time I have fallen asleep. Its very comfortable and I wouldnt be without it now. I can't comment on the pain reduction as I haven't used it long enough but I can say it is very relaxing, supportive and comfortable.

Bought this to help with tension and pain in my shoulders and neck from my job. I use this when I come home from work to relieve the tension. It is uncomfortable for the first minute or 2 but once you find a comfortable position it really helps.

I didn't like the feel, it hurt so I have only used it twice waste of a tenner for me. But others might be OK with it

Bought for my husband as he didnt sleep well. Now has a peaceful nights sleep.
