The full length are the way to go! I will not buy half insoles again.
A must for anyone with osteoarthritis of the foot. The full length inserts are the only way to go. The glue doesn't hold the half insole ones in place.

Not worth it
They're so thin and flimsy it doesn't do what it's supposed to. Plus, the grey lining slides right off and starts going to the side of your shoe leaving your sock stuck to the glue on the metal.
