Excellent blades when it comes to sharpness longevity and non-conductive use with electrical equipment.**HOWEVER** - Please be very careful *not* to bend the blades, or apply pressure sideways (as in, trying to pry something open) -- this may cause the extremely brittle ceramic material to shatter, which is //NOT// a pleasant experience and could potentially put an eye out.This is common sense advice, I know, but it never hurts to hear (or read) a reminder.

I purchased these blades as I have used SLICE products in the past and they worked great. I bought these particular blades as they had the pointed end which worked awesome for trimming vinyl decals. DO NOT use much pressure with these as the tips seem to break very easily. Also, buy direct from SLICE as they are $10 cheaper than through Amazon. Sorry Amazon.

The blade feels thicker/duller than a metal blade, but it cuts just fine. As well as the the curved blade so I could be more precise in my cuts.Used with  Slice 10548 Craft Cutter Knife with Textured Control Grip, Removable Ceramic Blade with Safety Cover (1 Pack), Grey  They not only function well but cut safely. I don't have to worry about cutting my fingers or accidents as much as a metal blade. Well thought out.

Although these go dull rather quickly when you're using them on drafting film, they work quite well. It's always good to have a few extra blades handy when you're drawing everyday. I tried using the slightly bulkier Slice cutting tool, but could not maneuver it in my hands. I found that the more slender and longer craft knife by slice works much better for me. I think this is because my fingers are long and skinny and my hands are very big.

The media could not be loaded.  Great replacement blades! Not as sharp as X-acto, but cut through paper and tape and cardboard very well. I like that ceramic is sharp but safer. Will use often for crafts.

Exactly what I needed for grandkids to use

These are great products only if you buy directly from Slice. I’ve bought these twice through Amazon and both times the tip broke the first time I used them. I am a scratchboard artist and I need this sharp tip. I never had this happen with the ones I ordered from Slice. Amazon seemed convenient because of the shipping but never again.

I like the sharp point on these blades as they cut well and with some precision.
