The Sucralose is Evident.
The good - it's pretty Keto friendly with the use of Sucralose and perhaps the carob doing the lifting. But, and this is kind of a big one, it does have a bit of an aftertaste that...lingers. It's not unexpected and at a certain level it comes with the territory. That isn't to say there aren't ways to mitigate it. Flavor intensity has an inverse relationship with product temperature, so I've taken to making this with very cold water and crushed ice to get a smoothie/shake consistency, and it helps. There will still be a bit of an aftertaste but it's not as pronounced.Absent all of that, the flavor is there. Certainly a cheesecakey-caramelly taste, good mouthfeel especially if you add a bit more powder than the instructions say, and it dissolved nicely. I use a personal-sized blender to prepare this and it works well.I think it's a decent product - it's good "for a Keto product" so I tend to judge it on that basis. Certainly in comparison to a sugar-laden full carb milkshake it's going to fall flat, but as part of the Keto diet I think it works well.

Splenda...
This powder is oriented towards people following a Keto diet. This generally means that a very small amount of carbs is tolerated.Proteins and fats are welcome.By essence, a cheesecake uses very little carbs apart from the sugars to make it sweet. By its name, it is mostly cheese. So what are the ingredients used here:Cream cheese powder, Natural and artificial flavors, Gum blend, Salt, Citrix Acid, Sucralose (Splenda), Enzyme Lipase. What are the supplements facts? One serving brings:160 Kcal15g of fat (9g saturated, 0,5g trans-fat)60mg of cholesterol4g of carbs (3g of sugars)2g of proteins85mg of calcium400mg of Sodium114mg of Potassium.Once all these are listed, what do I like?- It tastes pretty good- It is not too hard to mix- It can be used either as a drink, a shake or even in cakes. What is it that I like much less:- Splenda? Ok, it has more sweetening strengths than real sugar and it has no calories but is it really safe to use? I try as much as possible to stay away from it.- Not much protein… 2g per serving is laughable- It is not cheap.- What are the artificial flavors, they are not detailed. In conclusion:This may be perfect for people still craving the cheesecake flavor but who cannot truly indulge. As for me, I am a proponent of “real” stuff…So I am not going to shoot it down but it is not my thing.3 stars.

Really delicious, but questionable
Mixed well with only water, this powder turns into a very creamy drink that tastes like cheesecake. It's one of the few products of this type that is not only drinkable, but delicious when mixed only with water. It's high fat and low-carb and would probably work really well as a keto fat bomb for those who need to balance their macros in that direction. Each serving (1 scoop mixed with 8-10 oz of water) contains 160 calories with 15g fat, 4 g carbs and 2 g protein. The products states that it is made with cream cheese powder and it tastes like it. The sweetening agent used is sucralose. The thing that concerns me is the information, or lack thereof, about the company. The label says "shake / bake / freeze, along with a website to visit for "free recipes and tips." But the website is incorrect. I did a search for the company and found a differently names website that features the product but there are no recipes to be found. Under the About tab, there is no information regarding who the people running the company are, only a blurb about the goals of the products. So while it's a great-tasting product, the lack of company info is concerning. I wish I knew more about the company behind a product that I am ingesting. I would give this 5 stars for taste, minus 1 for lack of information.

Tasty but pricy
This white powder is certainly some tasty stuff although it tastes like plain rather than caramel cheesecake or even like cream cheese frosting to me. Stirring it into water or milk is futile and it doesn't mix extremely well even in a blender, just adequately. It is made mostly of powdered cream cheese so it is relatively high in fat, which is fine for those on a ketogenic diet high in fat and low in carbohydrates but not so ideal for others.Because of the high fat content, I have been using the powder to flavor protein shakes, adding a tablespoon or two to a base of vanilla whey protein powder along with other ingredients such as milk, ice cubes, and soluble fiber. Adding a small amount of frozen fruit such as blueberries, cherries, or strawberries to an already-blended shake and then blending just enough to pulverize the fruit and partially mix it into the shake really puts it over the top.It seems that putting the word "keto" on a label of a product means the price gets doubled or tripled from what I would expect to pay. After this jar is finished, I will be looking for less expensive alternatives such as regular cream cheese, powdered cream cheese, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, sugar-free cream cheese frosting, or the cheesecake flavorings used in baking to transform protein shakes into a real dessert treat!
