We have mated the strongest rollaway bed with the upgraded and thicker mattress, a 6" thick Tufted Premium Innerspring mattress with tempered steel coils. Rated capacity of 280 lbs. by the manufacturer with Lifetime Ltd. Policy. Easy Setup and Take Down One person can easily move, set up, and take down our rollaway beds. Maneuverability in tight places or over an uneven floor is no problem with the large 8" diameter steel wheels with rubber tires and the 2" diameter swivel casters medium hard rubber with full ball bearing swivel. All four wheels are built just like the bed -- to last. With the Automatic Leg Opening feature, when the bed is opened and lowered flat, the legs at the head and foot of the bed lower automatically. There is no struggling with lowering the legs into the proper position for use. When the bed is folded up for storage, the legs retract and fold up into the frame automatically. No pinched fingers while struggling to fold our legs into the frame for storage. Durable and Supportive Innerspring Mattress All of our innerspring rollaway mattresses employ Active Support Technology. This innerspring technology provides a dynamic response to natural body movement and reacts intelligently to individual body contours. The mattress actually becomes firmer for needed support as weight is applied. The coils adjust instantly to your sleep movements, comforting and supporting your body actively as you sleep. Great way to provide for extra guests
The frame is very sturdy, the wheels make moving it easy and the mattress is good quality! I wish there was a way to keep the mattress from moving on the frame, however . The mattress is not held in place in any manner and easily shifts when bumped. I have not slept on it so I do not know if this shifting is a problem when turning on it during the night. Also, the mattress is smaller than the frame which I did not like. Perhaps that adds to the shifting problem. I purchased two twins for my 4 and 6 year old grandsons. It was perfect for their holiday visit! I would buy it again but would like to see some improvements on it.

Need a Bed? This is a Bed. Not a Cot.
This review is in my father's name since he purchased it as a Christmas Present for me. I'm reviewing as the one who sleeps in it. I've moved in with my 90 year old father to take care of him. Space is at a premium, so when I remodeled the back room for my studio work there wasn't space for a bed. In the past 5 months, I've been through all sorts of sleep setups and wound up sleeping in a chair or on the floor most of the time for my back. Stay away from the canvas bottom beds. They are only acceptable as camp cots for a night or two - even with an additional pad or mattress. This bed has a solid metal wire & spring support system (which can be made less 'soft' with wood or cardboard - but is very comfy), and the mattress with its inner coils and padded top offers great support as well. I'm 6'/250lbs and sleep very comfortably on this bed; usually on my side - but is comfy on the back too (and I do need support sitting or sleeping). Unlike many of the beds I've tried, you can fold it fully made up for sleep, latch the strap across the top - then roll it away. Likewise - roll it in the room, release the strap, fold it down and sleep. No extra steps at sleepy time... just call it a day. It also sits roughly 2' off the ground, so it's easy to get out of in the morning.Between the large fixed axle wheels and the small maneuverable casters, it rolls right over rugs and steers easily to where ever it gets stored for the day. Heavy, strong angle iron construction - made in the USA and built to last. Exactly what I needed. Nice!

Very comfortable
Was skeptical about ordering this bed as most rollaways I have encountered in hotels were not comfortable. However, with this price point I was hoping for better and got it. This bed is VERY comfortable. The bed is of high quality and the mattress does not disappoint. We wanted one extra bed for grandkids, guests, etc. and this is perfect. Better than hotel rollaways. Wheels work smoothly. Easy to use. Took my husband and me about 20 minutes to finish assembly. Stores in guest bedroom closet easily.

Great Value
I bought this bed for my use when I stayed with my daughter as all bedrooms are upstairs and cannot climb this year!!!I used it for 6 weeks and had the best sleep every night. I weigh 250 pounds and the bed supported me very comfortably. Big wheels make it extremely portable....easy to transport, easy to put away as well. Well worth the money !!!!!

6 " mattress well worth the extra cost over thinner models.
This bed has perfectly met all my requirements. Attaching the wheels slightly tested our non-existent mechanical skills, but came together well in the end. The 6" mattress is quite comfortable.

great
I can't say anything bad this was a great investment . It is used often . I use twin sheets , with a pillow topper although not needed for even more comfort and queen sized comforter and decrotive pillows . I was surprised myself how great this bed is more then a cot . I did so much research before purchase and I am happy I went with this bed .

a perfect bed for an adult
I bought this bed so my wife could sleep in my daughter's room when my daughter is sick. My daughter often asks that my wife will hold her hand and stay with her when she does not feel well. Since we bought this bed my wife was able to sleep well even if she spent the night in my daughter's room. The mattress that comes with this bed is well padded and does not feel flimsy or cheap. My wife is 5'11". She feels that this bed provides adequate support and is of the right size for her.Good: comfortable, heavy-duty construction, takes little space when folded, easy to move around when folded.Bad: the strap that holds the bed close requires considerable physical strength to put in place. I first squeeze the bed close with one hand and then place the strap with the other.

Great Bed!
I got this for my 82 year old mom who can no longer go upstairs to where the "real" beds are. This bed is terrific; she slept well and was very comfortable. It's also high enough to make it easier for people with knee problems. The bed rolls nicely, but like most other reviewers, the strap that is supposed to hold it shut is insufficient, but a bungee cord solves that. The small wheels are easy to install by yourself BUT I strongly recommend that you have another person hold one large wheel when you are hammering on the opposite large wheel hub. Once I finally figured that out, it was truly a snap.
