Not vacuumed
The product arrived with a plastic sealing around the neck of the jar but when I opened it I realised that not only the container didn't have any vacuum but was also leaking as there waz oil all around the jar.

Essential for making hummus
The quality and flavour of the paste is very good. It is a dark in colour, thus imparting a dark colour to your hummus or whatever you are using it to make. There is some separation of paste from oil. However this can be cured by stirring with a metal spoon.

Makes amazing humus
This tahini gives amazingly intense flavour to humus. The only down side was that the box arrived with a gaping hole in the side (lucky the jar didn't fall out!).
