The Ewedoos Yoga mat is so good! I do HIIT, Yoga, and Tai Chi on it. Let me tell you, this Yoga mat does not slip on my hard floors at all. I can't say anything for carpet since I don't have it, but the grip on this mat is perfect! It's very comfy, too. For instance, if I can only do one Up and Down Plank on my hard floors because it hurts too much. I can keep going and going on this mat, no issues, no pain.I actually hurt my wrist doing exercises on my floor, to the point I couldn't lift anything. This mat? No pain. I'm average height and this mat is perfect for me, with extra room for someone taller, and it's wide enough to do shoulder width exercises. Wide angle you have to finagle. My dog loves it, too, lol, she walks all over it while I'm using it.Which brings me to durability. It gets me through grueling exercises and dog claws and there's no marks yet. Clean up is easy, too. I just wipe it down with a little diluted soap and water after I use it and when I get out of the shower it's dry and I can roll it up and store it.Highly recommend and I'll be buying again if/when this one breaks.

It's low-profile, comfortable, and durable after two weeks of moderate usage. Good grip. I don't wear shoes on the mat and clean it with a damp cloth. I wish I'd gotten the pink colorway as the black shows scuffs very clearly, and I prefer that side facing up, but at least I know when/where to clean it :) I got this after my last, thicker mat started stretching, making it hard to do planking or pushing exercises. I could also feel the floor even though it was thicker. This mat by comparison is very comfortable and doesn't stretch or slip at all on my hardwood floors. Very happy with the quality and price!

As a mat, its great. Perfect length, perfect feel, great grip, doesn't move around. However, if you're going to use it for hot yoga you will also need a yoga mat towel because once this gets a little wet it will squeak like a 100 year-old hinge that has never been oiled. No joke! It was incredibly distracting (and embarrassing) to be the one person in the middle of class going "squeak! squeak! squeak!" with each foot movement. The mat I replaced with this one did not do this, so it's definitely the type of material used in the mat so I'm sure it will squeak for you too. I do hot yoga periodically so I won't be returning the mat because it is otherwise nice, I'll just be also getting a mat towel to use when I do hot yoga.

This yoga mat is pretty thick and reversible, and the colors are pretty! I wanted a yoga mat with a good grip, and this was perfect for me. I usually use this mat on a hardwood floor or carpet. It doesn't slip and feels pretty secure. It's also a plus that the mat came with a cute strap with matching color (grey). I have been using a different yoga mat from the same company, and my husband started to use mine because he likes it better than his own. It makes me happy that now we both have our own favorite mat!

Good yoga mat. I do all my core workouts on it and this may hits all the marks. Thickness, nice colors(got the green/blue), grippy bottom works pretty well. I imagine if I were doing a yoga session on it the grip would be much better but I’m moving around quite a bit. Overall, old buy this again.

This Ewedoos yoga mat just arrived yesterday. I am happy to see that its a quality product, not the flimsy kind that I have seen at some stores. I needed a new mat because the old one must have picked up dust and I had some serious allergy problems with that mat. I don’t have any problem with this one. The yoga mat is a medium thickness and it lies nice and flat . I particularly like the extra long length that is so helpful in class. It comes with a tie long enough to carry over my shoulder. I recommend this yoga mat.

Compared to other yoga mats I searched for this one was a bit more expensive but totally worth it. I've had it for about 2 weeks and it hasn't slipped once on my cement floor (I workout in my garage.) It's comfortable, easy to clean, and hasn't started to break apart like other mats do. Also, no funky smells and I love the color choices!

Prior to purchasing a mat, I did my research because there were so many options and I have knee issues. After reading the description and reviews for many products, I decided to purchase Ewedoos Yoga Mat.Pros:* The product's dimensions are accurate.* It's comfortable, which helps with injuries.* The product stays in place and does not slip* It can handle weight lifting and HIT workoutsCons:* After using it three times, the top layer of the mat is peeling, So, the quality of the product is poor.* When cleaning it, the some of the residue stays on the mat. For that reason, I've had clean certain spots multiple times.Overall, it's not a bad mat. However, for it's price, it's not worth it. Consider other mats before purchasing it from this seller.

We wanted a thicker mat with cushioning to do ground work and this mat was great! We use the blue one for cardio, purple (this mat for the review) for ground comfort.

Packs away easily, great colour, perfect thickness... really proving useful for lockdown yoga!

I bought this to replace a mat I've had for over 20 years. It's a beautiful mat. Very good quality at a great price. So lightweight compared to my other one. It's a pleasure to use and has good vibes! Perfect! Speedily delivered, well packaged and the company emailed to make sure i was happy with it. Hoping it will last me a long time! Very pleased with it! No slipping on it and very comfortable. Comes with instructions on how to clean it and a nice little thank you card.
