Do not Purchase
Bought in August as a backup. The battery was not recognized in the first hotspot but worked in the 2nd one. Only used this twice (2x) and now it is not recognized ("NO BATTERY") in the 2nd and was never recognized by the first.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL !!!
Arrived Dead and still wouldn't charge I highly doubt it was even new no little clear plastic covering over the battery device prong connect area either sprint/ netgear unit still would indicate no battery present but I put my old generic battery back and it would show a sign of charge just not charge all the way up stay away from this company on Amazon selling this garbage I would ask for my money back but it ain't even worth the damn trouble !!!
