This is the second one I have bought For another boat. The first one has worked great and is a great price.

Reliable and powerful, Highly Recommended!We’ve tested the SEAFLO 55-Series Washdown Pump extensively over an entire season, using it in both freshwater and saltwater environments. So far, it has performed flawlessly without any issues. The pump delivers consistent pressure which has been more than sufficient for everything from washing down the deck to cleaning stubborn grime off equipment. Installation was straightforward, and the pump’s compact, durable design has held up well, even with regular saltwater use. We do make it a point to clean and flush the pump thoroughly with fresh water after every saltwater use, which will likely contribute to its performance and longevity. So far, this washdown pump has exceeded our expectations. Should we encounter any issues in the future, we’ll be sure to update this review. For now, it’s a fantastic product that I highly recommend!

Purchased this washdown kit pump seems to be good . The hose is terrible 1st time using it and it has pin holes everywhere in the hose Have contacted the company 2 times have not heard a word from them supposedly it all has a 4 years warranty but if you cant get them to respond its useless

I used this unit 3 times on the 4th use it would not shut off and would not maintain constant pressure. There were no leaks but it seamed as though it was sucking air some how. I checked all connections and tightend all the pump screws with no fix to the problem. (UPDATE): SELLER REACHED OUT TO ME. After my review the seller of this product reached out to me apologizing for my unfortunately experience with their product and quickly offered a remedy with no questions asked. With in a couple days I had a brand new kit to replace my malfunctioning one. This speaks volumes to the integrity of the seller and their commitment to their customers. They have gained my support. This is my third water pump from seaflo and only one has had an issue. That being said I feel this is a good quality unit and would certainly recommend them, especially because of the support. With the quick response and dedication to correct the issues i'm sure the one that had an issue was just a fluke.

Unit looks good and installs easily however check your hose inside diameter. This unit only has 1/2” hose barbs. All my hoses in several boats over the last 20 years have always been 3/4” so you’ll have to order those adapters separately. Seams to have good power and volume of water consistent with spec claims on the box. The final review would be longevity of the pump in salt water

Incredible pump it’s the best

The wash down pump has excellent power and is extremely well built. All components are of the highest quality. The small business company that supplied the pump provided service that exceeded expectations. I would order another one of these pumps in a heart beat.
