I use elastic cables to work my neck. With the 4 “D” rings you can work your neck in all 4 directions in a controlled and safe fashion. It is also very comfortable and fully adjustable. Chin strap is nice but not sure if needed because of the snug fit you can get. Stitching seems very strong and because of the 4 rings you don’t put stress on the stitches at odd angles.

I use it for neck strength...for a good stretch for my traps and back...has 2 spots to adjust the length of the chain for more weight if needed and more of a stretch...excellent piece of equipment and I can throw it right in my gym bag

should be mentioned this gear for for regular sized diameter heads.I have oval head shape. anything over 10lbs the harness slips off. I have to hold the top or back of harness to use gear. it's not comfortable.my heads 21-1/4" around. (back of head to forward).chains work well.only complain is inconvenience of size ability. I do use it but it's just not convenient or enjoyable. gotta make some neck gains somehow.well make good durability. it will definitely last a long time even with rigorous use.my head size also had me trying to figure out which way to wear it, so it wouldn't slip.

Nice to have multiple hang locations for load. Chin strap keeps gear in place yet could be padded more in a perfect world but truly no complaints!

Comes with multiple hooks to buckle the chain for range of exercise. Pretty strong and durable.Cons: it takes while to figure out which one is the front side and which is back side.

It’s a great product. It works like it is supposed to. I have a weak neck and wanted to strength it.

Doesn't have the attachments neccessary for exercising from multiple angles

Only issue with this product was the chin strap/Velcro was uncomfortable if it had some extra layer of support or a cushion would would be nice
