I wish I could give it no stars. I thought this was the one with the usb charging. This had a cord that needed to be plugged into the unit in order to use. The minute I plugged it in the wall socket it started sparking. I tried another socket and one surge protector. Each time i could see & hear small spark flames. Can't tell you how good it was to use never had the pleasure. I can tell you the one i had was DANGEROUS and would have caused a fire it left plunged in to use for my face.

ridiculous instructions and several parts missing ..was not worth the effort to return..threw out..really awful

This came as an obvious return I would not use it returned it immediately . That gross that they would send this back out to be sold.

The only thing I disliked is that only the biggest piece works for me but , it worked amazing it took out so much gunk out I would highly recommend using a steamer first
