I spent a few days online looking for affordable shape wear. I need it for this weekend as I'm going to an evening function and I'm wearing a long figure hugging dress. I felt self conscious as I get very bloated by the evening. I tried some on in department stores but they were twice the price and no where near as good. I was really impressed with the bodyshaper which is super comfy and does the job of holding in all the lumps and bumps.. It fits nicely under the bust and offers a bit of clevage boost aswellThis DOES offer bum & tummy support due to the waist belt, If u have. A big bum and thighs like me then it will cut u a bit but I am used to it from my previous underwear. I does show VPL so thi sis best for tight tops etc. so if your after a bottom booster this is it .The reason i left 4 star was the good shapewear packed in a plastic bag, why not change???

i m size 16 and i got this in an XL ,it fits me well. the reason I love the fact that there is a zip also because I m so paranoid that my belly would eventually break and hoops and embarrass myself. I am only on day three and wear it around 2 hours for the first two days and work out with it and then today I m wearing it all day at the office. I went from barely manage to hoop the loosest hoops on day one to comfortably able to put it on the second day. And VERY surprisingly I am only on day three I am already able to hoop on the second/middle set of hoops! So I m not sure if I have stretched it out this much already or it's working that well. And on top I m so happy as to how it supports my back and it's not nearly as uncomfortable as what people say.what the only thing i m not satisfied is the zip of the packing was opening,

 i m 14/16 and 3XL fit me perfectly. it controls the stomach area and smooth under clothes - no lumps or bumps. you can find out from my video it could have been longer since for me it stops just under the bust area or if I pull it up to stop just under the bust and my hip area without worried about rolling up /down,trust me,it really doesn't matter for rolling up. i can change my dress in my wardrobe for the season as many as i can because i decide to wear it everyday.

This is one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon...Package as always arrived on time and in perfect condition.It is easy to wear and as comfortable as can be expected... It will be a little tight at first but that's to be expected and you know its doing the job. BECAUSE the one i bought from Everbellus(best seller) which covered my half stomach!! and this one fits full stomach due to the long design.This has 3 different hooks which is great as you do'nt have to order another one as soon as the first hook fits and you loose inches from your waist.Also i've noticed that eating while wearing this has helped me to eat less as the pressure makes me not want to eat all that much. It doesn't roll up/down or flick up like some other types of control underwear has a habit of doing! If it happended to you, just pull up the belt, trust me, it hardly happend all the time and it didnt effect your fitting for sure.All in all, in combination with diet and exercise which for me consists of fast walking, this corset has helped to diminish any back rolls and tummy exsess flab and its helped to give me the hour glass shape i've been dreaming of.Overall i give this product a 5/5 and have lost a few inches in a week will continue to wear this on my daily walks :)

Ok ladies, let me say this first:I m ture apple shape and I have been anti-shapewear, cinchers, trainers, etc for years. I have always believed that if you don't look like that with your clothes off, then why bother? I purchased this hoping that it may actually train my waist on top of making healthier choices of course. But with a shape like mine, I was pretty certain it would not fit. What I mean by that is that I am extremely hippy and my lower stomach is pudgy. Let me just say: I WAS SO WRONG!!! This fit and snatched ALL of my mid section up like magic. I know some complain about the length...I am 5'3 and it PERFECTLY fits from beneath my boobs to right above my kit kat! I broke a sweat putting it on the first time, but it is super comfortable once you get it on. I would recommend ordering a size larger if u can for that perfect fit. I am able to sit and bend in it relatively easy! It does not roll down or cut into my skin either. I saw very few reviews representing the larger women so I knew I needed to post this. The pics are all with the waist trainer on btw! I wear everything plus size and I got the 4x. Idk if I'll wanna wear this all day but I will definitely sleep in it. I hope I can see some results with this...so far so good though! Ladies please give this a try!!!

Fab so far, only had it a few days but it's thick enough to wear under clothes well and does the job for keeping everything tucked in. I'm a size 12 and got the M. I'll post an after pic after the month but here is a before of my waist (bottom after 9 days of eating healthy and hula hooping)

I love the material, it is so thick, and so smooth. When it is under your clothing, you don't notice it at all. My first time wearing the waist trainer, it didn't bother me at all. I work in a production room where you are always moving your body and always moving around. The steel boning is very flexible, so I didn't feel anything digging into my body.28cm length is just perfect to cover the tummyand you won't feel longer or shorter,worth to buy it.
