LED won't fit
I was hoping I could switch out the traditional bulb for an LED bulb, however, the LED bulb doesn't fit because of the plastic around the socket.

In a boat in the dark the taller the better this one is seen 360 degrees
Used this light var on moose trip and never failed also high enough that while I was coming back to camp late at night the light could be seen above my head so visibility was awesome.
