Dishonest reseller peddling lemons. Poor refurbish quality.
This refurbished bike sold by Fitness Warehouse has been a disaster. They do shoddy work and their contracted repair people are subpar. Bike has had internal issues (really, really loud banging when pedalling), and one of the cardio sensors was assembled with a random wood screw, leaving the grip squishy (often pinching), and requiring a total replacement since the incorrect screw was forced in, destroying the threading.Service has been incredibly unreliable, and its been nearly 8 months of back and forth with their contracted service guy for deeply undatisfactory results. Bike bangs less than before after several service visits, but is still bad enough to be distracting. Promised part for cardio sensor still hasn't arrived after 4 months of hearing "I'll get it sent to you next week." before finally just being ghosted.Unmitigated disaster and waste of money. Avoid Fitness Warehouse at all costs.

Nice bike but three main issues
There were three main problems with this purchase1. The instruction book was terrible. It was made for general Precor products including treadmills so it was hard to follow the assembly instructions. There were very limited figures to guide the assembly. Luckily it was very intuitive so I was able to assemble it without using the confusing booklet.2. The assembly requires three sizes of hex keys. When purchasing cheap office furniture a hex key is always furnished with the product so that it can be assembled without having to purchase tools. We have many hex keys including a hex key tool with 15 different sizes. Unfortunately we do not have a giant 3/8 inch hex key and had to get it from the hardware store in order to finish assembly. The key was $3.99- you would think that when purchasing an item that is more than $3000 they would include the tools needed.3. The console came damaged. The led lit panel where information is displayed was loose crooked behind the plastic viewing window. One of the rubber handles was cracked. Fortunately the Precor customer service was easy to contact and they advised us on how to get repairs but it was disappointing that it was damaged out of the box and copulent be used until repairs were made.Overall it seems like a really nice piece of equipment but there are certainly some small things that could be done to make it a 5 star item.

Makes workouts enjoyable.
Great recumbent bike. You input your information, I.e. weight, age. It personalizes your work out for you and shows heart rate also. Very comfortable and smooth ride. Highly recommend. Expensive, but well worth the money.

Excellent Recumbent Bike
Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase of this bike. If one looks carefully you can readily purchase from a local authorized dealer for less than on-line. Mechanically this bike is the same as the more expensive RBK835. The only difference between the RBK815 and RBK835 are the console and the number of programs. For me I do most of my workout in manual mode adjusting the resistance as needed so I did not pay more for the RBK835.While the bike is expensive one gets what they pay for by purchasing this bike.
